Pipe element plug, comprising a disc and a disc fastening system, assembly and corresponding method Pipe element plug (14) for sealing an end (16) of a pipe element (12), comprising: - a disc (22) defining a central axis (X), and movable relative to the pipe element between a sealing position and a rest position, - a fastening system (24) mounted on the disc and comprising a first subsystem (24A) having a first end (36) radially relative to the central axis, and a second subsystem (24B) defining one or more surface(s) (38). The fastening system is movable between a deployed configuration, in which the first end is pressed against and exerts pressure (F1) on a radially inner surface (30) of the tip, and the other surface(s) are pressed against and exert counter-pressure (F2) on the radially inner surface to fix the disc in the sealing position by friction or stop, and a retracted configuration, in which at least the first end is closer to the central axis than in the deployed configuration.
