Abstract
The invention relates to a thermal pipe support (100), a heat sink assembly, and a heat sink in the technological field of heat sinks. By securing the heat-conducting tube (230), the heat-conducting tube is prevented from deforming or even cracking during transport and movement due to its own vibrations or compression by external objects, which would affect the aesthetics of the heat sink and its heat dissipation performance. Adopting the above technical solution offers the advantages of protecting the thermal pipe, facilitating installation and removal, and preventing deformation and breakage of the thermal pipe.
