Abstract
A display device comprising: A substrate (101) including a display area (AA) and a non-display area (NA), including: a first non-display area (Fig. 4; NA1); a bending area (Fig. 4; BA); a second non-display area (Fig. 4; NA2); a pad area (Fig. 4; PA); wherein the bending area is disposed between the first and second non-display areas; wherein the second non-display area is disposed between the bending area and the pad area; a transistor (102, 104, 108-1, 108-2) disposed on the substrate in the display area; an organic light emitting diode (112, 114, 116) disposed on the transistor in the display area; an encapsulation layer (120); disposed on the organic light emitting diode, including: a first inorganic layer (121-1); a second inorganic layer (122-2); an organic layer (122) disposed between the first and second inorganic layers; wherein the first and second inorganic layers extend from the display area into the first non-display area; a touch sensing unit (130) disposed on the encapsulation layer in the display area; an electrostatic discharge circuit (Fig. 4; ESD) disposed in the second non-display area; a plurality of touch link lines disposed in the non-display area and each electrically connected to the touch sensing unit; wherein the plurality of touch link lines are disposed on both sides of the substrate in a plan view of the display device.
