Abstract
The present invention relates to a set of components with which we electrolyze wateror other substancesinto hydrogen and oxygen. Using hydrogen, we break down carbon dioxide, which is present in all exhaust gases. With the oxygen, an element of primary necessity, we enrich the atmosphere, and through it, we reinforce the critically needed reformation of the ozone layer, aiming to bring about thehalt and resolution of the problems arising from climate change.
