Abstract

Diamond dots flock art product and method of producing the same; the diamond dots flock art product for use mainly in the field of hobby art comprising (i) a preprinted image/design on a canvas to be populated by colored diamond dots, and (ii) a flocking material on the front side of the canvas delimiting the image and creating a suede effect, the combined effects of (i) and (ii) providing an end product offering improved feel, color contrast, and a 3D effect; the method of producing the diamond dots flock art product comprising a novel 6-step manufacturing process utilizing the combination of CAD technology along with highly specialized Screen-Printing procedures coupled with the use of flocking chemicals for the creation of the flocking velvet-type material on the front image-side of the canvas.
