Abstract
The present invention relates to single-dose prostaglandin ophthalmic solution compositions which contain water, one or more prostaglandins, one or more solubilizing agents at a concentration of 0.1 to 2 mg/mL and mannitol at a concentration of 10.5 to 15 mg/mL, preferably 11.2 mg/Ml; said compositions contain neither preservatives nor stabilizing agents.
