GR-1011149-B - MECHANICAL MOTION SYSTEM OPERATED VIA A CHAIN IN A VERTICAL AND ROATATING MECHANISM FOR THE CREATION AND MULTIPLICATION OF VEHICLE PARKING POSITIONS
Abstract
In the chain-equipped mechanical motion system adapted to a vertical and rotating mechanism for creating and multiplying vehicle parking positions, the switching of parking positions is achieved through the rotation of a series of platforms [2] around a metal spatial network [1]. This rotational motion is achieved via a double metal chain (3) consisting of in-series chains [7]; at a specific distance this chain has extended protrusions [4] from which each end of the platforms is hung. The two parallel chains are mounted vertically on two toothed pulleys [5] per chain, where the upper pulley supports the chain while the lower one provides motion via an electric motor and reducer [6]. The proper operation of the chain during its life is ensured by an appropriate hydraulic height adjustment mechanism [11] that regulates the chain's tension and slack, is located on the upper pulley and possesses a backup mechanism on the lower pulley [17].
