Abstract
There is disclosed a method for preparing a stable encapsulation system of fresh royal jelly bioactive components in cyclodextrins. Said system offer immediate release of the royal jelly components and is intended for both cosmetic use and use on the skin and scalp; it is characterized in that simultaneous extraction and encapsulation of fresh bioactive unprocessed royal jelly is carried out ina hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin system which consists exclusively of natural and safe ingredients and which causes an immediate release of the incorporated polyphenols and 10-HDA while the incorporated components are preserved and protected in the system for at least ten times longer than the expiration date of the raw matter.
