Abstract
The present invention relates to a wafer paper which can be filled with various creams and fillings and packaged as appropriate per piece or in two or more pieces and in any diameter. The present invention combines the external characteristics of the tart prepared with the wafer manufacturing technique leading to a wafer tart which is visually different from conventional wafers circulating in the market. At the same time, due to the covering of the filling with chocolate, the present invention achieves more effective protection of the filling than traditional conventional tarts. In addition, the wafer-and-tart combination offers a distinct and unprecedented taste to the consumer.
