SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING PERSONALISED TRIAGE SEVERITY SCORE

Abstract

Disclosed is a multi-modal triage data processing method and system. The system comprises a native system, that collects demographics, data on the physical condition of a patient and real-time data coming from interconnected diagnostic equipment all analysed to evaluate the clinical status and the severity of a case; This analysis is performed by a decision support system of ruled-based consecutive protocols and a generative artificial intelligence learning engine that identifies the status of a user and the severity score and indicates the appropriate care pathway for the user. This triage system is a multi-stage system supporting personalised prehospital, in-hospital and out hospital triage (follow up monitoring) sharing information across a complete care pathway from the Point-of-Care up to outpatient monitoring stage.
