Abstract
The placement of bilge keel protrusions (1) on the front and deepest part of the keel at the bow or stern or both, stabilizes the ship in wave conditions. They reduce pitching, i.e. ups and downs. The application of fin protrusions (2) on the rear and towards the sea surface stabilizes the ship and improves the hydrodynamics at the rear as it sails, reducing turbulence. The entire invention concerns the front and rear of the ship, i.e. the points where the lines of the ship narrow converging towards the centerline of the ship. The initial placement is the deepest part of the keel at the bow or stern; in the stern section the metal protrusions can be placed in a row towards the waterline (4).
