Abstract
A system for detection and quantification of driving behaviour of a driver driving a vehicle, comprising a dash cam (110), an information capturing module (120), an object detection module (130), an image classification module (140), and a real-time deep learning module (150). The dash cam (110) captures video of the road, while the information capturing module (120) collects GPS, speed, and acceleration data. The object detection module (130) identifies and crops images of traffic signals and road signs. The image classification module (140) classifies these cropped images, and the real-time deep learning module (150) processes all data to determine the type and severity of driving behaviour.
