This invention discloses the application of the SYBU gene in the diagnosis treatment and prognosis evaluation of liver cancer involving the field of biotechnology The invention aims to provide the application of the SYBU gene in the diagnosis treatment and prognosis evaluation of liver cancer By using multi-omics technologies such as Hi C ATAC seq CUT Tag this invention reveals that the SYBU gene regulates the occurrence and development of liver cancer through three dimensional chromatin structure changes such as A B compartment transitions and changes in chromatin openness This invention provides a liver cancer diagnostic kit containing primers for detecting SYBU expression which can assess the progression of liver cancer It also provides therapeutic drugs containing active ingredients that upregulate SYBU activity to inhibit the growth of liver cancer cells Moreover it can evaluate the prognosis of liver cancer patients based on SYBU expression This invention solves existing problems in liver cancer treatment such as lack of effective biomarkers and limited efficacy and provides new targets and tools for precise diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer
