METHOD FOR A ROBOT TO ANSWER INCOMING CALLS ON MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINALS

Abstract

This application discloses a method for a mobile communication terminal to have a robot answer incoming calls When the called mobile phone terminal is turned off out of service hung up busy or unanswered after multiple rings the incoming call is forwarded to a robot which automatically answers through multi-round conversation to obtain information such as the identity of the caller and the purpose of the call then hangs up and pushes the details of the call on behalf of the called party through short message RCS message APP message WhatsApp message including complete call audio and corresponding text data For some particularly important incoming messages it can also send a flash message to remind the called party to check the call details in time to avoid missing important telephone messages Through this the user is provided with an innovative telephone service that is highly available and does not miss any important incoming calls
