Abstract
This application relates to methods and systems for analyzing data from high throughput single cell microbial sequencing including classifying sequencing reads of individual cell amplified genomes SAGs and extracting reference genome sets corresponding to the classification results from public reference databases to build a customized reference database; aligning the SAG sequencing reads with the reference genomes in the customized reference database and performing genus level annotation and purity grading based on the alignment results; performing respective bioinformatics analysis based on the SAG sequencing reads that have been subjected to purity grading. This solution balances sample specificity and analysis efficiency through a customized reference database minimizes redundant computational resources and provides advanced quality control algorithms to ensure high accuracy and reliability of sequencing data analysis.
