Abstract

A system for processing poultry manure, which is provided with a control unit (147), has a closed design, has two raw material storage and cleaning units, two drying units, two grinding units, a fermentation unit (134), a component storage and measuring unit (136), a mixing unit (138), a granulating unit (140), a crumbing unit (142), a surface coating unit (144), a vibrating screen (107) and a finished product storage unit (146), and is provided with tanks and containers, and the units, elements of units, the tanks, the containers are connected to each other by closed design transport means, a first raw material storage and cleaning unit (120) is connected to a pre-tank (7), the pre-tank (7) is connected to a first drying unit (9), the first drying unit (9) is connected to a first grinding unit (130), which is a first connected to a wedge-shaped storage (34) and a second wedge-shaped storage (35) which are connected to the component storage and measuring unit (136), the component storage and measuring unit (136) is connected to the granulating unit (140), the granulating unit (140) on the one hand leads to the vibrating screen (107) which is connected to the finished product storage unit (146), on the other hand the granulating unit (140) is connected to the crumbling unit (142), the crumbling unit (142) is connected to the vibrating screen (107) either directly or via the surface coating unit (144), characterised in that a second raw material storage and cleaning unit (122) is connected to a second drying unit (16) which is connected to a third wedge-shaped storage (44) which leads to a second grinding unit (132) which a second grinding unit (132) leads to a fifth ladder storage (53) and a sixth ladder storage (54), which ladder storages are connected via a two-way switch (38) to the fermentation unit (134) on the one hand and to the component storage and measuring unit (136) on the other hand, the fermentation unit (134) is connected back to the fifth ladder storage (53) and the sixth ladder storage (54), the vibrating screen (107) is connected to the conveyor leading to the granulation unit (140) on the one hand and to the finished product storage unit (146) on the other hand.
