Description

Patient stratification based on treatment and response revealed that anti-PD-1 therapy induced a significant increase (P = 0.02) in cytotoxic CD4 + T cells versus Treg cells compared to the pre-treatment time (shown as baseline) in the responder group. In addition, there was a clear trend in the increase of cytotoxic CD4 + T cells relative to Treg loss between patients responding to anti-PD-1 therapy and patients with progressive disease (Figure 11).
