Description

A form approval method based on form time characteristic fields includes: selecting one or more approvers; selecting one form and displaying the time characteristic field for which permission time zones need to be set for the selected form; selecting a template and selecting one existing approver or a created template as the approval template; updating the permission time zone value of the time characteristic field in the approval template with the permission time zone value of the time characteristic field in the approval template; updating the permission time zone value of the time characteristic field with the permission time zone value of the time characteristic field in the approval template; setting permission time zones for the time characteristic field; setting permission time zones for each time characteristic field, the permission time zones including one or more of six types: the time zone from the point obtained by reversing a fixed time from the current time to the current time; the time zone from the start time to the current time; the time zone from the end time to the system initialization time; the time zone from the start time to the end time; the time zone where the time field value is null; and the time zone from the system initialization time to the current time, wherein the time zone from the system initialization time to the current time includes the time zone where the time field value is null; and completing the setting of permission time zones and saving the above setting. Select a template, choose one existing approver or a created template as the approval template, and update the value of the authorization time zone in the time characteristic field to the value of the authorization time zone in the corresponding time characteristic field of the approval template. As shown in Figure 8, Salesperson 1 is the approver, and the value of the authorization time zone at the time of creation is set to the value of the authorization time zone at the time of creation of the created template 1, and the value of the authorization time zone for the delivery date is set to the value of the authorization time zone for the delivery date of the created template 1.
