Description
The present invention relates to a chemical liquid volatilizer. There is known a chemical liquid volatilizer used by inserting a rod-shaped volatilizer into a container containing a chemical liquid so as to protrude from the container. For example, in the chemical liquid volatilizer described in Patent Document 1, the chemical liquid in the container is sucked up by the volatilizer and volatilized in the external space, so that the effect such as the aromatic effect of the chemical liquid is imparted to the external space. A cover member that covers the mouth of the container body from the outside is attached to the chemical volatilizer. Front view of the chemical liquid volatilizer of the embodiment. The side view of the chemical liquid volatilizer of FIG.FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the volatilizer of FIG.FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line D4-D4 of FIG. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the chemical liquid volatilizer according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of the chemical liquid volatilizer 10 according to the embodiment. FIG. 2 is a side view of the chemical liquid volatilizer 10. <1. Overall configuration of chemical volatilizer> The chemical liquid volatilizer 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is installed and used, for example, indoors or in an automobile. When the chemical liquid volatilizer 10 is installed in the vehicle of an automobile, the chemical liquid volatilizer 10 is fixed to an air conditioner outlet via an adapter, or is placed on a dashboard, for example. The configuration of the adapter referred to here is not particularly limited, but for example, the chemical solution can be fixed to the louver by sandwiching the louver of the outlet by grasping any part of the chemical solution volatilizer 10. A member provided with a holding mechanism for holding the louver 10 detachably is assumed. The chemical liquid volatilizer 10 includes a container 20 in which the chemical liquid is housed, and one or more rod-shaped volatilizers 70 inserted into the container 20. In the present embodiment, the chemical liquid volatilizer 10 includes three volatilizers 70. In another example, the chemical volatilizer 10 comprises one, two, or four or more volatilizers 70. Unless otherwise specified, "upper" and "lower" in the present specification are defined based on the usage state shown in FIG. The type of the chemical solution contained in the container 20 is not particularly limited, but is typically an fragrance, a deodorant or an insect repellent, or a mixture thereof, and depending on the purpose of use, a fragrance, a deodorant component, etc. Contains additives such as insect repellent and colorants. The solvent contained in the chemical solution is appropriately selected depending on the type of additive used, and may be a hydrophilic solvent, a lipophilic solvent, or a mixture thereof. When the chemical solution contains a fragrance, it is preferable to contain at least a lipophilic solvent as the solvent in order to enhance the fragrance intensity. As the hydrophilic solvent, for example, water or ethanol, or a mixture thereof can be used. As the lipophilic solvent, for example, glycol ether, an isoparaffin-based solvent, or a mixture thereof can be used. In addition, the chemical solution may contain a dissolving agent in order to solubilize functional components such as fragrances, deodorant components, insect repellent components, and colorants. The volatilizer 70 is inserted into the container 20 in such a manner that a part thereof protrudes from the inside of the container 20. The volatilizer 70 has a sufficient length with respect to the height of the container 20. The lower end 71 (see FIG. 4) of the volatilizer 70 is located inside the container 20. In the present embodiment, the lower end portion 71 of the volatilizer 70 comes into contact with the bottom wall 31A (see FIG. 4) of the chemical solution accommodating portion 31, which will be described later. The upper end portion 72 of the volatilizer 70 is exposed to the outside of the container 20. In order to improve the interior of the chemical liquid volatilizer 10, the volatilizer 70 is set in the container 20 in a state of being tilted in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 1, when the chemical liquid volatilizer 10 includes a plurality of volatilizers 70, for example, the plurality of volatilizers 70 are set in the container 20 so as to face various directions and extend radially. .. The volatilizer 70 has a structure capable of sucking up a chemical solution against gravity by a capillary phenomenon. As a result, the chemical solution in the container 20 can rise from the lower end 71 (see FIG. 4) to the upper end 72 along the volatilizer 70, and volatilize from the outer surface of the volatilizer 70 to the external space (natural evaporation). )do. As a result, the chemical solution is diffused into the space around the chemical solution vola
