Description

(Example 2) ADPIF/PATAS peptides are more effective at preventing hyperglycemia than PATAD peptides. Mice were injected with either scrambled peptide, PATAD, or ADPIF/PATAS as a single dose (25 micrograms per mouse). The results are from a series of glucose tolerance tests (ipGTT) in male DIO-intolerant mice (Figures 5A and 5B ).
