Description

Dilute the cell suspension to count between 7 × 10⁵ and 2 × 10⁶ total cells/ml. The Via1-Cassette™ pipettes the calibrated volume, and the NC-200 automatically determines the total cell concentration, dead cell concentration, and viability percentage. All counts are performed in triplicate. The reportable values are the average of three valid results from three independently extracted samples. For validity, the total cell count must be between 7 × 10⁵ and 2 × 10⁶ total cells/ml, and the coefficient of variation (CV) must not exceed 15.0% for total cell concentration and viability .
