The use of the extract of the above-ground parts of agrimony according to item 1 as a cosmetic, characterized in that the extract is obtained from the tip of the flower of the agrimony plant. 3. Use as a cosmetic of the extract of the agrimony aerial parts according to item 1 or 2, characterized in that the extract is hydrophilic, and preferably water-alcoholic. 4. Use as a cosmetic of the extract of the agrimony agroides described in any one of items 1 to 3, characterized by being carried out by topical application. 5. Use of an anti-pollution cosmetic composition for preventing or treating the effects of air pollutants on the skin and/or skin appendages, comprising at least one extract of the above-ground parts of Agrimony (Agrimonia eupatoria) and at least one cosmetically acceptable excipient, characterized in that the extract is obtained from the flower tips of the Agrimony plant. 6. Use of the anti-pollution cosmetic composition according to item 5, characterized by containing 0.05% to 5% by weight of agrimony extract based on the weight of the dry extract relative to the total weight of the composition. 7. Use of the anti-pollution cosmetic composition according to any one of paragraphs 5 or 6, characterized in that the composition is intended for topical application. 8. Use of an anti-pollution cosmetic composition comprising at least one extract of the aerial parts of Agrimony agrimonia eupatoria and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient for the prevention or treatment of the effects of air pollutants on the skin and/or skin appendages, characterized in that the composition is intended for oral administration. 9. A method for treating and/or preventing human skin barrier disorders and related signs, comprising administering an effective amount of the agrimony extract described in any one of items 1 to 3 to a subject in need thereof. 10. The method according to item 9, wherein human skin barrier dysfunction and related signs include all changes in skin appearance due to the effects of environmental damage and dehydration of the skin, e.g., rough and scaly appearance, decreased flexibility, skin sensation or discomfort, e.g., itching and/or tightness.
