TLR-4 Specific Aptamers The aptamers used in the methods of this disclosure have the ability to specifically bind to at least one epitope located on the extracellular domain of TLR-4 and to inhibit TLR-4. Specific examples of the aptamers of this disclosure are shown in Table 1. In some embodiments, the aptamers of this disclosure are variants and/or derivatives of the aptamers disclosed in Table 1.
