Description
The present invention relates to a container with a lid, which includes a container and a lid. In particular, it relates to a container with a lid when there is a step in the container body or flange. Containers for beverages and juicy foods are preferably equipped with lids. By devising the fitting structure between the lid and the container, for example, liquid leakage during transportation can be suppressed (for example, Patent Document 1). Incidentally, in recent years, paper containers have been preferred from the viewpoint of environmental considerations. The paper container includes a bottom, a body that stands up from the bottom, and a flange formed at the upper end of the body. An opening is formed at the upper end of the body. The flange portion is often formed in an outward curl shape. A lid is fitted to the flange portion. In the case of a circular container, the body generally has a substantially inverted truncated cone shape. Both ends of a substantially fan-shaped paper blank are overlapped to form a substantially inverted truncated cone shape. During this manufacturing process, minute differences in level occur in the body and flange of the container, and voids are generated due to the differences in level. As a result, even if the adhesion of the fitting structure between the lid and the container is improved, there is a limit to suppressing liquid leakage from the step gap. In particular, in recent years, containers with lids have been frequently used for delivery and take-out of products, and it is necessary to consider the risk of containers tipping over. If the container is returned to its original position within a few seconds after it falls over, overall liquid leakage can be prevented, but liquid leakage may occur from the gap between the steps. In order to deal with liquid leakage from the step gap, it has also been considered to arrange a cushioning material made of a foaming material inside the lid fitting part (for example, Patent Document 2). First, the basic configuration will be explained. The lidded container consists of a lid 1 and a container 100. Container 100 is made of paper. Generally laminated. It includes a bottom portion 101, a body portion 102, and a flange portion 103. The bottom portion 101 is circular in plan view. The body portion 102 has a substantially inverted truncated cone shape when viewed from the side, and stands upright from the bottom portion 101 . A flange portion 103 formed at the upper end of the body portion 102 is formed at the upper end of the body portion 102 . It is formed in a curl shape on the outside of the circumference. An opening 104 is formed at the upper end of the body 102 . The lid 1 is fitted onto the flange portion 103 and closes the opening 104. The body portion 102 is formed by overlapping both ends of a substantially fan-shaped paper blank. As a result, a step 105 is generated between the body portion 102 and the flange portion 103. The lid 1 is made of resin. For example, it is made of polypropylene. Polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, etc. may also be used. ~Lid composition~ FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the lid. FIG. 3 is a detailed configuration diagram of the lid. The lid 1 consists of a lid top surface 10 and a lid fitting part 30. The lid fitting part 30 is provided on the periphery of the lid top surface 10 and fits into a container fitting part (flange part 103 ) provided in the container opening 104 . The lid fitting part 30 has a lid fitting part outer wall 31, a lid fitting part top part 32, and a lid fitting part inner wall 33. That is, the lid fitting part outer wall 31 and the lid fitting part inner wall 33 face each other, and the lid fitting part outer wall 31 and the lid fitting part inner wall 33 are continuous with the lid fitting part top part 32 at the upper end, and are approximately gate-shaped. A fitting space 34 surrounded by a portal shape is formed. An under protrusion 36 is provided at the lower part of the inner wall 33 of the lid fitting part, and a step protrusion 37 is provided at the middle of the inner wall 33 of the lid fitting part and above the under protrusion 36 (details will be described later). The configuration of the lid top surface 10 will be explained. The lid top surface central portion 11 is located at the center of the lid top surface
