JP-2026074616-A - Mounting structure for external materials
Abstract
[Problem] To provide an external mounting structure that can securely attach external materials such as ridge capping. [Solution] The mounting structure for an exterior material of the present invention is a mounting structure for an exterior material 3 to an exterior structure in which a space 15 is formed at the connection portion between adjacent exterior materials 1, 1 on the left and right sides, wherein the left and right exterior materials 1 each have a lower molded portion 14 that opens to the side and an upper molded portion 13 that covers the lower molded portion 14, and a space 15 is formed by combining the upper molded portion 13 and the lower molded portion 14 of adjacent exterior materials 1, 1 on the left and right sides, and a reinforcing material 2 is filled and housed in the space 15, and the location where the reinforcing material 2 is interposed is the mounting location for the exterior material 3. Claims (2)
- An attachment structure for attaching an external material to an exterior structure in which a space is formed at the connection point between adjacent exterior materials on the left and right, The exterior material comprises a lower molded portion that opens to the side and an upper molded portion that covers the lower molded portion. The space is formed by combining the upper molded portion and the lower molded portion of the left and right exterior materials, and the reinforcing material is filled and housed within the space. An external mounting structure characterized in that the location where the reinforcing material is interposed is the mounting location of the external mounting structure.
- The mounting structure for an external member according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower molded portion and the upper molded portion each have a flat upper surface portion, and the upper surfaces of each molded portion are positioned in an overlapping manner to form the mounting location.
Description
This invention relates to a mounting structure for external materials, such as ridge capping, that can be reliably attached to the correct position. Traditionally, in corrugated metal roofs where aprons, flashings, ridge caps, etc., are attached to prevent rainwater intrusion, mounting brackets are installed for securing them by driving screws or other fasteners from above. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a structure in which a ridge capping (covering plate 19 for ridge fastening) is attached to a corrugated metal sheet (seam fastening section 10) via a covering plate fixing device 20 using fasteners (screws 21). Furthermore, Patent Document 2 describes a structure in which a ridge capping (ridge capping material 14) is attached to a corrugated metal roof C via a roofing fastener B using a fastener 13. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2006-328779Patent No. 3938455 (a) A side cross-sectional view showing the mounting structure of the exterior material (ridge capping) of Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and (b) a front cross-sectional view thereof.(a) A cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the main part of the mounting structure of Example 1; (b) A cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the exterior material (ridge capping) and fasteners; (c) A cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the upper molded part of the exterior material; (d) A cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the lower molded part of the exterior material; (e) A cross-sectional view showing the connection between the upper molded part and the lower molded part; (f) A cross-sectional view showing an enlarged view of the retaining member of the exterior material.(a) A perspective view showing the state in which a reinforcing material is attached to the lower molded part of the exterior material on the front right side in order to construct the mounting structure of Example 1 (description of external materials is omitted), (b) A perspective view showing the state in which the reinforcing material is attached, (c) A perspective view showing the state in which the upper molded part of the exterior material on the back left side is about to be attached, and (d) A perspective view showing the state in which the upper molded part is attached.(a) A perspective view showing the edge of the external material in Example 1 with a dotted line; (b) A perspective view showing the mounting structure of the external material (metal fittings) in Example 2; (c) A perspective view showing the mounting structure in Example 3 where the reinforcing material is a long material. The present invention provides an attachment structure for an exterior material, which is used to attach an exterior material to an exterior structure in which a space is formed at the connection point between adjacent exterior materials on the left and right sides. The exterior material comprises a lower molded portion with an opening on the side and an upper molded portion covering the lower molded portion. The space is formed by combining the upper and lower molded portions of the left and right exterior materials, and a reinforcing material is filled and housed within this space. The location where the reinforcing material is interposed is the attachment point for the exterior material. Furthermore, it is desirable that the lower and upper molded sections each have a flat upper surface, and that the upper surfaces of each molded section are positioned in an overlapping manner to serve as attachment points for external materials. In the illustrated embodiment described later, each molded section has a substantially vertical vertical surface and a substantially horizontal upper surface (i.e., each molded section has an inverted L-shaped section), and the space formed by the combination of these surfaces is substantially rectangular. In this invention, "exterior materials" refers to various components and equipment attached to the exterior structure. Specifically, it refers to finishing materials (decorative materials, water-stopping flashing) for ends such as eaves, ridges, and gables, as well as fixing brackets for installing solar panels and other equipment installed elsewhere, snow guards, skylights, and other equipment and components attached to the roofing material (structure). The exterior material in the present invention has a space formed at the connection portion between adjacent exterior materials on the left and right, and comprises a lower molded portion that opens to the side and an upper molded portion that covers the lower molded portion, and the space is formed by combining the upper molded portion and the lower molded portion of the left and right exterior materials. That is, the space is formed by forming a space that opens to the side in the lower molded portion and a lateral portion that closes the space in the upper molded portion. In this invention, "space" refers to a substantially closed spatial region excluding t
