Description

This invention involves attaching buttons or buttonholes to tags at three corners of bath towels or face towels used in household bathrooms. When pouring water over the shoulders, the towel is secured to prevent it from slipping off, protecting the back, shoulders, and chest, maintaining warmth, preventing colds, and covering the chest and lower body. In households across Japan, the towels commonly used today consist of face towels for washing the body in the bathroom and bath towels for drying the body. This invented bath towel has buttons and buttonholes attached to the tag, allowing it to be fastened to cover a wide area of the body, protecting the body from the cold, and is designed to be used even in a home bathroom. The face towels used in most household bathrooms are typically used to warm the body in the bathtub and then cleanse with soap and shampoo in the washing area. This bath towel, however, is designed to be draped over the shoulders in the bathroom, used for pouring hot water over the body to protect against the cold and to cover the body. It was created with the hope that children, up to around 10-12 years old, will be able to bathe together with their parents. The forms of towels currently in use vary greatly depending on the towel manufacturer, with differences in yarn quality, shape, size, and color, resulting in a wide variety of towels being sold. Feature Document 1 primarily emphasizes privacy, while Feature Document 2 emphasizes the use of variations in weaving techniques. Patent No. 5835829Utility Model No. 3188597 Problems that the invention aims to solve Patent Document 1 strongly advocates for protecting privacy by making half of the towel thicker or by attaching a string to the fastener. Patent Document 2 uses a face towel, which is small and seems to require a lot of effort to put on and take off. In view of the above drawbacks, the present invention is designed to be inconspicuous by simply attaching small tags to five places on a bath towel, with buttons on two tags and buttonholes on three tags. Means to solve the problem To achieve the above objectives, we will focus on standard-sized bath towels, approximately 60cm long and 120cm wide, currently on the market and newly produced. We will also add buttons and buttonholes to the tags of smaller and extra-large sizes, and make them slightly thinner so that they can be used in home bathrooms. When washing your body, you can drape it over your shoulders and use it while showering to protect yourself from the cold. When bathing with children, you can cover them up. We also aim to provide these towels so that middle school, high school, and college students can use them as well. Effects of the invention This invention produces the following effects: ▲1▼ Because this bath towel is larger than a face towel, with a width of approximately 60 cm and a length of approximately 120 cm, when you pour hot water over your shoulders, your entire body will warm up at once. The tag fastener prevents the towel from shifting or coming off, so the warmth lasts longer and helps prevent colds. ▲2▼In addition to the effects mentioned above, when you take a bath with your child and wash their body in the shower area, the warmth lasts longer, which helps prevent colds for both of you, and it also covers the private parts. ▲3▼The conventional way to use a bath towel is to dry yourself in the changing room after getting out of the bath, then drape it over your shoulders in the living room to relax and unwind. However, this bath towel is designed to be used in the bathroom, protecting your body and allowing for more extended skin-to-skin contact with your child, and it is designed to be easy to put on and take off. ▲4▼Until now, bath towels that have been commonly used and sold are made of thick fabric and high-quality yarn, making them expensive and priced in the 2,000 to 3,000 yen range, making them unsuitable for use in home bathrooms. Therefore, bath towels made with slightly thinner fabric and fewer colors and patterns are available on the market, and it is thought that selling them for around 1,000 yen would increase sales. ▲5▼By attaching a buttoned tag and a buttonhole tag as fasteners to the high-quality bath towels currently used at home, you can securely cover your chest when relaxing in the living room. The buttons are approximately 1.2 cm in size, the buttonholes are approximately 1.5 cm, and the tags are small, approximately 2 cm in height and 4 cm in width, making them inconspicuous. ▲6▼Approximately 800,000 babies were born this year, and this will continue to be necessary and effective for mothers in the future. ▲7▼Since many foreigners are larger in stature and heavier, they would appreciate it if a slightly larger bath towel, approximately 70cm long and 140cm-150cm wide, could be fitted with fasteners to reduce slipping and coming loose. In Figure 1, bath towel 1 is sold with dimensions of approximately 60 cm in length and 120 cm in widt
