JP-2026075408-A - Binding device
Abstract
[Problem] To provide a binding device that can perform crimp binding using an appropriate operating method depending on the method of crimp binding, thereby reducing the burden on the user. [Solution] A medication packaging stapler, such as a stapler, is equipped with an operating switch that is operated by the user pressing down on it to perform a crimping and stapling operation that crimps and staples multiple binding media. The crimping and stapling operation is performed when the operating switch is ON, and the crimping and stapling operation is stopped when the operating switch is OFF. Furthermore, the medication packaging stapler has an intermittent mode, which is the first operating mode of a so-called momentary operation method, in which the operating switch is ON while it is pressed down and OFF when the pressure on the operating switch is released, and a continuous mode, which is the first operating mode of a so-called alternate operation method, in which the ON or OFF state is maintained even after the pressure on the operating switch is released, and the ON and OFF states are switched each time the operating switch is pressed down. Description
This invention relates to a binding device. Conventionally, a binding device is known that uses an operating switch, operated by the user's press, to perform a crimping operation to bind multiple binding media together. When the operating switch is ON, the crimping operation is performed, and when the operating switch is OFF, the crimping operation is stopped. Patent Document 1 describes a binding device equipped with a foot switch as an operating switch. The binding operation is performed using a so-called momentary operation method, where the switch is ON when the user presses down on the foot switch, and OFF when the user releases the foot switch, stopping the binding operation. External perspective view of the medicine package binding machine of this embodiment.A diagram showing the internal structure of a medicine package binding machine.A schematic diagram of the binding mechanism.A schematic diagram of the binding mechanism viewed from the left and right directions. An enlarged diagram showing the surrounding area of the pressurization mechanism.A schematic diagram showing the surrounding area of the first gear holder, viewed from above.A schematic diagram showing the surrounding area of the second gear holder, viewed from above.A schematic diagram showing the second gear in the pressurized position.A schematic diagram showing the second gear in the pressure release position.A schematic diagram of the drive transmission mechanism.Schematic plan view of the control panel.Side view of key parts around the side guide and upper guide.Front view of Figure 7.A block diagram showing the electrical configuration of a medicine packaging stapler.A table summarizing each operation mode.Sequence diagrams for each operation mode.Control flow diagrams for each operating mode.(a) shows an example of multiple linked drug packets crimped together, and (b) shows an example of a single drug packet crimped together with a linked drug packet.A schematic plan view showing a modified version of the control panel.A diagram illustrating the drug packet detection sensor.(a) is a control flow diagram of the drive motor in continuous mode in Modification 1, and (b) is a control flow diagram of the drive motor in intermittent mode in Modification 1.Flowchart of setting the operation mode in modified example 2. The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that those skilled in the art will readily be able to modify and alter the present invention within the scope of the claims to create other embodiments, and such modifications and alterations are included within the scope of these claims. The following description is an example of the best mode of this invention and does not limit the scope of these claims. The configuration of the main parts of a medicine package binding machine, which serves as a binding device according to one embodiment of the present invention, will be described.
