Abstract

[Task] Create a draft application document that takes into account the overall narrative structure of the document. [Solution] This is a program to be executed by a computer equipped with a processor and memory. The program causes the processor to perform the following steps: accept the selection of a type of subsidy; accept the input of reference information associated with each item that may be included in the selected type of subsidy application document; input the input reference information and instruction sentences that instruct the creation of sentences that may be written in each item to a generation AI model and cause the generation AI model to output sentences; and create a draft of the subsidy application document based on the output sentences. In the output step, the program causes the generation AI model to output sentences using the already output sentences and causes the generation AI model to create sentences in a predetermined order. The program according to claim 1, wherein in the step of outputting, the input content of the correction is input to the generating AI model, and the generating AI model outputs a proposed correction of the text.
  4. The program according to claim 3, which causes the processor to perform the step of presenting the output text and the proposed revision side by side.
  5. The program according to claim 3, wherein, in the step of outputting, if the input modification affects the content of other documents, the generating AI model outputs suggested modifications to those other documents.
  6. The program according to claim 1, wherein in the step of outputting, real-time search information related to a predetermined item is input to the generating AI model.
  7. The program according to claim 1, wherein the step of creating the draft prepares the draft in a format compatible with the application forms for each type of subsidy.
  8. The program according to claim 1, wherein each of the aforementioned items includes bonus points corresponding to the application guidelines for the aforementioned subsidy.
  9. The program according to claim 1, which causes the processor to perform the step of inputting the edited text into the generation AI model and outputting a determination result from the generation AI model indicating whether or not the edited text satisfies predetermined conditions.
  10. The processor is made to perform the step of accepting the aforementioned type of change, The program according to claim 1, which in the step of creating, creates the draft of the modified subsidy application document of the said type based on the reference information.
  11. The program according to claim 1, wherein the generating AI model is trained using the subsidy application document created by the user as training data.
  12. The program according to claim 1, which causes the processor to perform the step of presenting the created draft to the user and parties with whom the user has a business relationship.
  13. An information processing apparatus comprising a control unit and a storage unit, wherein the control unit executes all steps in the program described in any one of claims 1 to 12.
  14. A method for executing on a computer comprising a processor and memory, wherein the processor executes all steps of the program described in any one of claims 1 to 12.
  15. A system comprising means for executing all steps in the program described in any one of claims 1 to 12.

Description

An application for the application of Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Law has been filed. PR TIMES Co., Ltd., commissioned by 2WINS Co., Ltd., has published information about the subsidy application creation service "Subsidy.AI" invented by Ryotetsu Ogawa and Kai Wang at <https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000006.000111066.html>. This disclosure relates to programs, information processing devices, methods, and systems. Technologies for creating drafts of various application documents, including subsidy application documents, have been researched and developed over time. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technology in which a user instructs an AI model with document creation capabilities to create an application document, and the AI model outputs a draft of the application document. Patent No. 7455452 specification This is a block diagram showing an example of the overall configuration of System 1.This is a block diagram showing an example configuration of the terminal device 10 shown in Figure 1.This block diagram shows an example configuration of the server 20 as shown in Figure 1.This figure shows the data structure of the prompt table 2021, as shown in Figure 3.This figure shows the data structure of the sequence table 2022 shown in Figure 3.This flowchart shows an example of how server 20 operates when presenting a draft of the target document. This is a schematic diagram showing an example of the screen of display 141 when accepting selections of the type of subsidy. This is a schematic diagram showing an example of the screen of display 141 when receiving input of reference information. This is a schematic diagram showing an example of the screen of display 141 when a draft is presented to the user. This is a diagram showing the basic hardware configuration of computer 90. The embodiments of this disclosure will be described below with reference to the drawings. In all drawings illustrating the embodiments, common components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repeated explanations are omitted. The following embodiments are not intended to unduly limit the scope of the claims of this disclosure. Furthermore, not all components shown in the embodiments are necessarily essential components of this disclosure. Also, each drawing is a schematic diagram and not necessarily a strictly accurate representation. [1. Overview] The system according to this embodiment accepts the user's selection of the type of subsidy and the input of reference information linked to each item that may be included in the subsidy application document. The system according to this embodiment inputs a dataset for each item, consisting of the input reference information, a first instruction sentence that instructs the creation of text that may be included in a predetermined item, and the output text, into the LLM in a predetermined order, and causes the LLM to output text that may be included in each item. The system according to this embodiment inputs the output text for each item and a second instruction sentence that instructs the creation of a draft of the subsidy application document into the LLM, and causes the LLM to output the draft.
