Abstract

[Challenge] To provide an end-of-life planning support program that can adapt to changes in the user's circumstances. [Solution] Based on the subject's information, a first end-of-life planning document is selected or generated and provided to the subject. Based on the subject's request, a second end-of-life planning document is generated by editing the first end-of-life planning document and provided to the subject and related parties. When status change data indicating changes in the subject's situation is obtained, the second end-of-life planning document is updated based on this status change data to generate a third end-of-life planning document. When the subject or related parties meet predetermined conditions, editing privileges are granted and then revoked. [Selection Diagram] Figure 13
