JP-2026075514-A - Door mounting structure
Abstract
[Problem] To provide a door mounting structure that adequately distributes the load applied to the contact point between the box and the door when a door is attached to close an opening in a box body such as a cabinet. [Solution] In a door mounting structure for attaching a door 3 to a cabinet body 2 having a front opening M, the cabinet body 2 has a support surface 2a at the lower edge of the front opening M that supports the lower part of the door 3, and the door 3 is provided with a contact portion 8 at the lower part that extends toward the rear side, and the contact portion 8 has a contact surface 11 parallel to the support surface 2a, and the door 3 is attached to the cabinet body 2 by bringing the contact surface 11 into contact with the support surface 2a from above, and fitting the door 3 into the front opening M while the contact surface 11 and the support surface 2a are in contact. - The door mounting structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the dimension of the contact surface in the front-to-back direction is longer than the dimension of the support surface in the front-to-back direction.
- The door mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, when attaching the door to the front opening, left and right guide portions for adjusting the position in the left-right direction are provided so as to protrude from the left and right ends of the door to the rear surface.
Description
This invention relates to a door mounting structure for attaching a door to a box-shaped body having an opening, such as a cabinet, to close the opening. Conventionally, as described in Patent Document 1, a mounting structure for attaching a panel to a main body having an opening is known in which a locking fitting is provided on the panel, the locking fitting is brought into contact with the edge of the opening, and the lower end of the panel is brought into contact with the outer surface of the main body, and the panel is attached with the lower end of the panel as a pivot point, so that the panel is tilted vertically. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2011-222756 This is a perspective view showing a cabinet having a door mounting structure according to the present invention. This is a perspective view showing the cabinet body with the door removed. This is a perspective view of the door unit from the rear. This is a vertical cross-section of the bottom of the cabinet showing the state in which the support bracket is in contact with the support surface. This is a perspective view showing the mounting bracket. This is a perspective view showing a modified version of the mounting bracket. This is a vertical cross-sectional view of the lower part of the cabinet, showing a first modified example of the cabinet body at the support surface. This is a vertical cross-sectional view of the lower part of the cabinet, showing a second modified example of the cabinet body at the support surface. Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a perspective view showing a cabinet 1 having a door mounting structure according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the cabinet body 2 (an example of a "box") with the door 3 removed. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the door 3 alone, viewed from the rear. Figure 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of the lower part of the cabinet showing the state in which the support fitting 4 is in contact with the support surface 2a. Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the support fitting 4. In the cabinet 1, the surface to which the door 3 is attached is the front, and the surface opposite the front is the rear. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the cabinet body 2 has an opening at the front and the door 3 is attached, but the configuration is not limited to the front of the cabinet body 2; it is acceptable as long as it is provided on at least one of the front, side, and rear surfaces. The cabinet 1 having the door mounting structure according to the present invention, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, consists of a cabinet body 2 having a front opening M with one side open and an internal storage space for housing equipment with the other side closed, and a door 3 that closes the front opening M of the cabinet body 2. As shown in Figure 4, the cabinet body 2 has a support surface 2a at the lower edge of the frame where the drainage structure of the front opening M is formed. The support surface 2a is for adjusting the position of the door 3 by bringing it into contact with the contact surface 11 of the contact fitting 4, which will be described later. The rear surface of the door 3 is provided with a contact fitting 4 located at the bottom and a locking rod 5 assembled vertically. A handle 6 for moving the locking rod 5 vertically is provided on the front of the door 3. The door 3 is attached to the cabinet body 2 by adjusting its position with the contact fitting 4, and then operating the handle 6 to move the locking rod 5 vertically and lock it to the cabinet body 2. As shown in Figure 5, the support bracket 4 is a fitting used to adjust the position of the door 3 when attaching it to the cabinet body 2. It comprises a plate-shaped bracket body 7 attached horizontally to the lower rear side of the door 3, a contact portion 8 formed by bending from the lower center of the bracket body 7 toward the rear, and left and right guide portions 9 formed by bending from both ends of the bracket body 7 toward the rear. As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the support bracket 4 may be fastened and fixed to the door 3 with bolts, nuts, etc., or it may be fixed by welding or other methods. The contact portion 8 has a width in the left-right direction that is at least half the left-right width of the door 3. It consists of a contact surface 11 formed by bending the metal fitting body 7 from the lower center toward the rear side parallel to the support surface 2a, and an inclined surface 12 extending downward from the rear end of the contact surface 11. The contact surface 11 is formed to be longer in the front-rear direction than the front-rear dimension of the support surface 2a. The left and right guide portions 9 are formed by bending the metal fitting body 7, which forms the left and right ends of the door 3, toward the rear side, and their tips are bent inward.
