Abstract

[Problem] The present invention aims to provide clothing that provides a good wearing experience by alleviating tightness and pressure by pushing up the bust with the chest support portion. [Solution] The garment 1 according to the present invention has a sheet-like base fabric 20 made of a non-stretchable fabric and comprises a chest portion 2 formed to be attached to the chest side, and a back portion 3 made of a stretchable fabric and connected to both sides and both shoulders of the chest portion and attached to the back side. The chest portion 2 comprises a lower pressing portion 2a formed to cover the lower part of the bust between the edges on both sides, and an upper pressing portion 2b extended from the upper edge of the lower pressing portion 2a toward both shoulders and formed to cover the upper part of the bust. 1. A garment comprising at least a chest support portion having a sheet-like base fabric made of a non-stretchable material and formed to be attached to the chest, and a back support portion made of a stretchable material and connected to both sides and both shoulders of the chest support portion and formed to be attached to the back, The chest plate comprises a lower pressing portion formed to cover the lower part of the bust between the two edges on both sides, and an upper pressing portion extending from the upper edge of the lower pressing portion toward both shoulders and formed to cover the upper part of the bust. A garment in which a lower panel made of stretchable fabric is attached to the skin-facing side of the lower pressing portion, and an upper panel made of stretchable fabric is attached to the skin-facing side of the upper pressing portion, and an upper panel made of stretchable fabric is attached to the skin-facing side of the upper pressing portion, and an upper panel is attached to the skin-facing side
  2. The garment according to claim 1, wherein the base fabric is formed by connecting a pair of covering fabrics, each formed to cover the bust, with a connecting fabric at the lower pressing portion, and a pair of contact fabrics made of non-stretchable or stretchable fabric are attached to the skin side of the base fabric, overlapping at positions corresponding to the bust, from the lower pressing portion to the upper pressing portion.
  3. The garment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the upper panel portion and the lower panel portion are attached such that their ends on both sides overlap and a gap is formed in the central portion.
  4. The garment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a band-shaped belt member having longitudinal elasticity is attached to the lower side of the chest portion.
  5. The garment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the base fabric has a notched portion formed so as to curve upward in the central part of its lower edge.

Description

This invention relates to clothing equipped with a chest panel. Traditionally, clothing worn on the upper body of women, such as bras, has incorporated cups to provide protection and shape retention for the bust. In bras, shoulder straps are attached to the upper part of a pair of cups, and a belt is attached to the lower part of the cups, running from the sides to the back. This prevents the cups from shifting relative to the bust during wear, thus correcting the bust shape and preventing deformation. Because the cup portion of a bra is often shaped to make the bust appear larger and more shapely, it was often insufficient for women with larger bust sizes who wanted to create a slimmer appearance or to reduce their bust size to match the design of their clothing. To address these challenges, Patent Document 1 describes a garment equipped with a pressing section that presses against the bust in the area extending from the front center of the cup portion through the area around the bust top to the side portion. This proposes reducing the volume around the bust top by pressing against the bust. Patent Document 2 describes a garment with cups, where a panel is attached to the front to cover a pair of left and right cup portions. This panel compresses the sides of the bust and the area around the bust top, making the bust appear slimmer. Furthermore, Patent Document 3 describes corrective underwear comprising a support member with a front and back panel to correct the wearer's body shape, and a breast-compressing section superimposed on the wearer's side of the support member to flatten the breasts. This proposes flattening the breasts to make a woman's body shape closer to that of a man. The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Figure 1 is a perspective view from the front (Figure 1(a)) and a perspective view from the back (Figure 1(b)) of a garment that is an embodiment of the present invention. The garment 1 illustrated in Figure 1 is designed to be worn on the upper body, for example, as a half-top. The half-top is short in length and is worn so that the chest area, including the bust, is covered, while the abdomen is exposed. Garment 1 has a chest panel 2 attached to the front and a back panel 3 attached to the back. In this example, the inside of the chest panel 2 on the front is covered with the skin-facing fabric 4, and the outside of the chest panel 2 is covered with the front fabric 5. The chest support portion 2 has a sheet-like base fabric 20 made of non-stretchable fabric and is formed to be attached to the chest side. The back support portion 3 is made of stretchable fabric and is connected to both sides and both shoulders of the chest support portion 2 and is formed to be attached to the back side. The back support portion 3 is made of a single piece of fabric with similar elasticity in the vertical and horizontal directions, and its side ends 31 and shoulder ends 32 are connected to the chest support portion 2. The chest support portion 2 comprises a lower pressing portion 2a formed to cover the lower part of the bust between the two edges on both sides, and a pair of upper pressing portions 2b that extend from the upper edge of the lower pressing portion 2a toward the shoulders and cover the upper part of the bust. In this example, the lower portion of the line T-T connecting the upper ends where the side edges of the base fabric body 20 connect to the back support portion 3 corresponds to the lower pressing portion 2a, and the upper portion corresponds to the upper pressing portion 2b. In the lower pressing portion 2a, the base fabric 20 has a notch formed so that it curves upward in the central part of its lower edge. A belt-shaped member 6, which is elastic in the longitudinal direction, is attached to the lower side of the chest plate portion 2. In this example, the belt member 6 is attached along the entire length of the lower edge of the base fabric 20, excluding the notch. Furthermore, the belt member 6 can also be attached along the lower end of the b
