Abstract

[Problem] To provide a resin mold for manufacturing an integrally molded filter member and a filter member manufactured using the same. [Solution] The invention provides a first mold 11 and a second mold 12 arranged opposite each other for the manufacture of a filter member 1. The first mold has a first holding portion 11a arranged on one side of the flange portion 3, a protrusion 11b that presses and positions the filter portion 2 from one side, and a first cavity 11c that forms one side of the annular portion 4. The second mold has a second holding portion 12a arranged on the other side of the flange portion opposite to the first holding portion, a recess 12b that accommodates the other side of the filter portion positioned by the protrusion, and a second cavity 12c that forms the other side of the annular portion. When the first mold and the second mold are closed, the first holding portion and the second holding portion clamp the boundary 5 between the filter portion and the flange portion. Claims (5)

  1. A resin molding die for manufacturing a filter member comprising a filter portion for collecting foreign matter contained in a fluid, a flange-shaped portion formed by bending the end of the filter portion outward, and a resin annular portion into which the flange portion is inserted, It comprises a first type and a second type arranged opposite each other, The first type has a first retaining portion disposed on one side of the flange portion, a protrusion that presses and positions the filter portion from one side, and a first cavity that forms one side of the annular portion. The second type has a second retaining portion located on the other side of the flange portion opposite to the first retaining portion, a recess in which the other side of the filter portion positioned by the convex portion is accommodated, and a second cavity forming the other side of the annular portion. A resin molding die characterized in that, when the first mold and the second mold are closed, the boundary between the filter portion and the flange portion is held between the first holding portion and the second holding portion.
  2. In claim 1, The system comprises a third type and a fourth type, which are arranged opposite to each other in directions perpendicular to the opposing directions of the first type and the second type, The first cavity extends in a direction perpendicular to the bending direction of the flange portion and is provided to form the entire circumference of the inner surface on one side of the annular portion. The second cavity extends in a direction perpendicular to the bending direction of the flange portion and is provided to form the entire circumference of the inner surface on the other side of the annular portion. The third mold is provided to form the first and second cavities that define half of the outer surface of the annular portion when the mold is closed toward the first and second mold sides, respectively. The fourth mold is provided such that, when the mold is closed toward the first cavity side and the second cavity side, it forms half of the outer surface of the annular portion opposite to the third mold.
  3. In claim 2, A resin molding die characterized in that a recess is provided in the third and fourth molds at predetermined locations corresponding to the vicinity of the flange portion to which the flange portion is inserted, thereby forming a thickened portion in the annular portion.
  4. In any one of claims 1 to 3, A resin molding die characterized in that the convex portion or the concave portion is provided according to the shape of the upstream side of the filter portion.
  5. A filter member manufactured using a resin mold according to any one of claims 1 to 3, The filter portion is made of a metal material and is formed by pleating a circular mesh structure, and is characterized by having a conical shape that narrows from the upstream side to the downstream side in the direction of fluid flow.

Description

This invention relates to a resin mold for a filter component that collects foreign matter contained in a fluid, and a filter component manufactured using the same. Examples of filter members as described above include Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 below. Patent Document 1 discloses a filter member comprising an annular fixed lid provided at one end on the air introduction side, and a base provided at the other end with a larger diameter than the annular fixed lid, wherein a filter core having a frustoconical shape and multiple folds is provided between the annular fixed lid and the base. Patent Document 2 discloses a filter member comprising a metal mesh body, an introduction section with a circular hole provided at one end of the mesh body for guiding fluid inward, and a support section that closes the other end of the mesh body, wherein the diameter of the mesh body gradually decreases from one end to the other.
