JP-2026075793-A - Exterior walls of buildings and buildings
Abstract
[Problem] To provide an exterior wall of a building and a building that can suppress the amount of rainwater that penetrates into the interior of an overhanging section. [Solution] The exterior wall 7 comprises an exterior wall body 8, a first exterior wall panel 13, a second exterior wall panel 14, a water-draining member 30 positioned between the first exterior wall panel 13 and the second exterior wall panel 14, and a drainage guide member 40. The drainage guide member 40 is provided in the exterior wall 7 within the range where the overhang portion 3 is provided and is connected to the water-draining member 30. The upper end 14A of the second exterior wall panel 14 is located above the floor surface 3A of the overhang portion 3. An open end 16 connected to a first gap SA is formed between the lower end 13A of the first exterior wall panel 13 and the upper end 14A of the second exterior wall panel 14. The water-draining member 30 is positioned so as to separate the first gap SA and the second gap SB without closing the open end 16. The drainage guide member 40 is configured to extend from the open end 16 to the overhang portion 3. [Selection Diagram] Figure 3

Description
This disclosure relates to the exterior walls of buildings and buildings themselves. In buildings, ventilation gaps are sometimes provided in the exterior walls to improve ventilation. For example, in Patent Document 1, a ventilation gap is provided between the exterior wall body and the exterior wall panel. Furthermore, in the same document, a drip edge member is placed between the upper and lower exterior wall panels located at the boundary between floors. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2012-229565 This is a schematic diagram of a building according to the embodiment. This is an exploded perspective view of the cantilevered portion of the building according to this embodiment. This is a cross-sectional view of the exterior wall of a building according to the embodiment, on which an overhang is provided. This is a cross-sectional view of the exterior wall of the example building, where an overhang is provided. Referring to Figures 1 to 4, the exterior wall 7 of Building 1 and Building 1 of this embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, Building 1 is a two-story building. The first floor is the floor closest to the ground. As shown in Figure 1, the building 1 comprises a building body 2 and an overhang 3 provided on the building body 2. The building body 2 has an exterior wall 7. The exterior wall 7 separates the interior from the exterior. The overhang 3 is provided on the exterior wall 7 so as to project outward from the exterior wall 7. The overhang 3 is provided at a position higher than the first-floor level. The overhang 3 is configured to allow people to enter and exit. Specifically, the overhang 3 is configured as a balcony or veranda. The overhang 3 may also be the roof of an entrance porch. The overhang 3 may also be the roof of a deck. The overhang 3 is provided on the second floor or higher. In this embodiment, the overhang 3 is provided at the same height as the second floor. The overhang 3 can be accessed from the second floor. The floor surface 3A of the overhang 3 is provided at substantially the same height as the second floor. The floor surface 3A of the overhang 3 is composed of the floor surface 25A of the flooring material 25 of the overhang 3. In the main building structure 2, a floor boundary line L is provided between floors in the exterior wall 7. The floor boundary line L is set slightly higher than the floor surface 3A of the overhang 3. At the floor boundary line L, the ventilation gaps S provided in the exterior wall 7 are separated vertically. That is, the ventilation gaps S in the exterior wall 7 above the floor boundary line L do not communicate with the ventilation gaps S below the floor boundary line L. As shown in Figure 2, the overhang 3 includes a frame 21. The frame 21 includes a rectangular frame structure 22. Multiple reinforcing members 23 are provided on the frame structure 22. The frame 21 is constructed of steel. The frame 21 is fixed to brackets (not shown) extending from the main structure of the building 2. As shown in Figure 3, the frame 21 is positioned so as not to come into contact with the second exterior wall panel 14, which will be described later. Specifically, a gap (hereinafter referred to as the frame gap SC1) is provided between the end of the frame 21 on the building body 2 side and the second exterior wall panel 14, through which rainwater R can pass. As shown in Figure 2, the overhang 3 further comprises a waterproof pan 24 and flooring material 25. The waterproof pan 24 is box-shaped. It has a bottom surface 24A and an edge 24B that rises along the edge of the bottom surface 24A. The waterproof pan 24 is placed on a waterproof pan base material 24D. The waterproof pan base material 24D is laid on the frame 21. A drain opening 24C is provided in the waterproof pan 24. The waterproof pan 24 is positioned so as not to contact the second exterior wall panel 14, which will be described later. Specifically, a gap (hereinafter referred to as the waterproof pan gap SC2) is provided between the edge 24B on the building body 2 side of the waterproof pan 24 and the second exterior wall panel 14, allowing rainwater R to pass through (see Figure 3). The flooring material 25 is placed on top of the waterproof tray 24. In a plan view, the flooring material 25 is positioned within the waterproof tray 24. Specifically, the edges of the flooring material 25 are positioned inward from the edges of the waterproof tray 24. Therefore, rainwater R flowing onto the floor surface 25A of the flooring material 25 is received by the waterproof tray 24. The overhang 3 further includes a drain pipe 26. The drain pipe 26 is located inside the overhang 3. The interior of the overhang 3 is the area between the floor material 25 and the ceiling material 29. One first open end 26A of the drain pipe 26 is connected to the drain outlet 24C of the waterproof pan 24. The other second open end (not shown) of the drain pipe 26 is connected to the drainage system of the building b
