A construction system that, when lifting the second end of the long object connected to the connection part of the transport vehicle, opposite to the first end, using the lifting machine, adjusts the position of the transport vehicle relative to the lifting machine in accordance with the rotation of the connection part by the rotating part.
Description
This disclosure relates to a construction method and system for transporting long materials to a construction site using transport vehicles and then constructing those long materials using lifting machinery. The installation of a wind turbine involves first stacking multiple tower components to form the tower body, then attaching the nacelle to the top of the tower body, followed by attaching the hub to the nacelle, and finally attaching multiple blades to the hub. The long tower materials are transported to the construction yard by transport vehicles. In the first construction method, the tower materials are erected by joint lifting using a main crane (e.g., a large mobile crane) and a secondary crane (e.g., a medium-sized mobile crane) installed in the construction yard. Furthermore, to address the limited space in construction yards, a second construction method has been proposed that uses only the main crane, without the use of a secondary crane. In this second method, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, a pair of support structures are installed in the construction area (construction yard) with a gap between them allowing for the passage of transport vehicles. Simultaneously, a pivot axis is provided at the base of the tower body. Next, the pivot axis is moved to the support members of the pair of support structures. Then, as the other end of the tower body (opposite the base) is lifted by the main crane, the pivot axis rotates on the support members. This erects the tower body. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-130671 In this embodiment, the tower material is transported to the construction yard by a transport vehicle and shown in a state where it has been rigged to the first end. This figure shows the state in which the erection of the tower members has begun in this embodiment. This diagram shows the tower member erected and detached from the connection point in this embodiment. This diagram shows the state in which the tower material is being installed in this embodiment. This diagram illustrates the changes in the state of the tower material during erection in this embodiment. This diagram shows the tower material being rigged onto the lifting machine and its counterpart in the example. This diagram shows the ground-cutting work in progress as an example. This diagram shows the state at which the erection of the tower structure has begun in the example shown. This diagram shows the state in which the rigging on the parallel machine side is removed in the example. This diagram shows the installation of tower materials in a reference example. Referring to the drawings, this section explains a construction method in which long materials are transported to the construction site by transport vehicles and then installed using lifting machinery. As shown in Figure 1, the construction system for implementing this construction method comprises a transport vehicle 10 and a lifting machine 20. In this construction system, the transport vehicle 10 is a vehicle for transporting long objects. The lifting machine 20 is a main crane and also a large mobile crane. In this construction system, the transport vehicle 10 transports tower materials 1, which constitute the tower body that supports the wind turbine for wind power generation, as long objects. The tower body is constructed by stacking the tower materials 1. When the tower material 1 is erected, the end located on the lower side is the first end 1a. The end located on the opposite side of the first end 1a and on the upper side is the second end 1b. The wind turbine generator is assembled by first constructing the tower body by stacking the tower materials 1, then installing a nacelle at the top of the tower body, and then attaching a hub to the nacelle. Next, multiple blades, which are long members, are attached to the hub. This construction system is a system in which the transport vehicle 10 and the lifting machine 20 cooperate to erect the tower materials 1. <Transport Vehicles> The transport vehicle 10 is a towed or self-propelled transport machine for transporting long objects. The transport vehicle 10 comprises, for example, a tractor 11 and a trailer 12. The tractor 11 is a towing vehicle that pulls the trailer 12. The tractor 11 is equipped with a cabin 11a and an engine, etc., that provides power for towing the trailer 12. The tractor 11 can travel while towing the trailer 12 in mountainous areas, etc., where climbing ability is required. The transport vehicle 10 is equipped with a multi-axle trailer, a multi-axle bogie, etc., and at least one of the vehicles, the tractor 11 or the trailer 12, has multiple drive axles, each axle is equipped with a wheel, and all wheels are steerable. Therefore, the transport vehicle 10 has high turning performance and is a vehicle with a small turning radius that can travel on winding roads, etc. The trailer 12 is a trolley for transporting the tower material 1. The trailer 12 is equipped with a connecting se
