JP-2026076004-A - Sliding protective cover inside the panel and electrical panel equipped with a sliding protective cover
Abstract
[Problem] To eliminate all problems associated with attaching and detaching the protective cover, without the need to attach or detach the protective cover from the panel enclosure. [Solution] The housing 11 is provided with six rectangular plate-shaped protective covers 131 to 136 from the bottom up, which divide the opening 12 on the side into six sections in the vertical direction to close it. The left and right ends of the first to fifth protective covers 131 to 135 are engaged with guide rails 151 to 155, which are provided as vertical grooves adjacent to the left and right sides 14L and 14R of the opening 12, respectively, so that each protective cover 131 to 135 adjacent to the opening 12 from front to back can slide up and down along the opening 12. When the first protective cover 131 is raised, the lower ends of the second to fifth protective covers 132 to 135 are sequentially pushed up in conjunction by the protective cover push-up parts 161 to 164, and each protective cover 131 to 136 overlaps adjacently at the top of the opening 12, and the opening 12 is opened. A sliding panel protection cover according to claim 2 or claim 3.
- A plate-shaped protective cover for dividing and closing the openings on the side of the control panel enclosure into n vertical sections, A set of n-1 guide rails is provided on the left and right sides of the opening, allowing the first to n-1 protective covers of the n-tiered protective cover to slide vertically at positions where the first to n-1 protective covers are adjacent to each other in order from the entrance side to the back of the opening. A protective cover push-up section is provided protruding from the back surface of each of the protective covers from the first to the (n-2)th stage, and in conjunction with sliding the protective cover of the first stage upward from the lower end of the opening, the lower ends of the protective covers of the second stage and beyond are sequentially pushed upward and slid. An electrical panel equipped with a sliding protective cover.
Description
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a sliding protective cover inside a panel and an electrical panel equipped with a sliding protective cover. Generally, electrical panels containing high-voltage equipment, such as switchboards and distribution boards, have their rear casings covered with a removable protective cover. This is to protect the internal equipment, prevent accidents caused by contact with the equipment, and facilitate installation, wiring, and maintenance work on the internal equipment. In conventional electrical control panels, the rear protective cover is formed from a single metal plate or multiple plates divided into upper and lower sections, or from a transparent acrylic plate, which are detachably attached to a frame surrounding the opening on the rear of the enclosure by screws or other means. The following describes embodiments of the sliding panel protection cover and the electrical panel equipped with the sliding panel protection cover according to the present invention, with reference to the drawings. (Configuration and operation of the embodiment) Figure 1 is a rear view showing, with partial transparency, the external configuration of an electrical panel 1 in the closed state, according to an embodiment of an electrical panel equipped with a sliding protective cover and sliding protective covers, with the sliding protective covers 131 to 136. Figure 2 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in Figure 1, showing the configuration with the sliding protective covers 131-136, located on the rear side of the electrical panel 1, closed. Figure 3 is a rear view showing the external configuration of the electrical panel 1 with the sliding protective covers 131-136 open, partially transparent. Figure 4 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the line B-B in Figure 3, showing the configuration with the sliding protective covers 131-136, located on the rear side of the electrical panel 1, in the open position. The electrical panel 1 of this embodiment is used, for example, as a power distribution panel, switchboard, or power distribution panel containing high-voltage equipment (internal equipment), and comprises a box-shaped enclosure 11 made of metal plates such as iron or aluminum. The dimensions of the enclosure 11 are assumed to be, for example, width W = 800 mm, height H = 1700 mm, and depth D = 2000 mm. Furthermore, the electrical panel 1 is not limited to those containing high-voltage internal equipment, and may be an electrical panel 1 used for purposes other than distribution panels, switchboards, or power distribution panels. Also, the dimensions of the enclosure 11 are not limited to the dimensions described above; they may be larger or smaller. The electrical panel 1 of this embodiment has an upper space (setting section) HS and a lower space (setting section) LS, each with a height of, for example, 100 mm, at the top and bottom of the housing 11. The rear of the housing 11 has a vertically elongated rectangular opening 12 corresponding to the shape of the housing 11. The space obtained by the upper space (setting area) HS and lower space (setting area) LS of the enclosure 11 is used for internal lighting, wiring of internal equipment, and placement of protrusions. The rear opening 12 is used for floor installation work, wiring work, and maintenance work on internal equipment related to the installation of the electrical panel 1. Note that the internal equipment is not shown in the diagram. The front of the enclosure 11 may be equipped with a
