Description

This invention relates to fiberglass fabric, and more particularly to improved fiberglass fabric. In conventional glass fiber fabrics, the tension on the warp threads is usually relatively high, making it relatively difficult to separate the warp threads. Because existing glass fiber cloths have insufficient fiber separation after separation, the mass distribution on the surface of the glass fiber fabric becomes uneven, leading to differences in signal transmission speed in circuit boards formed from the glass fiber fabric. This is a top view showing an improved glass fiber cloth according to an embodiment of the present invention. This is a schematic side view showing an improved glass fiber cloth according to an embodiment of the present invention. To further understand the features and technical details of this invention, please refer to the following detailed description of the invention and the accompanying drawings. However, the accompanying drawings provided are for reference and illustrative purposes only and do not limit the scope of the claims of this invention. The following describes the implementation of the "improved glass fiber cloth" according to the present invention using specific embodiments, and those skilled in the art will be able to understand the advantages and effects of the present invention based on the content disclosed herein. The present invention can be implemented or applied by other different specific embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made to each detail herein, based on different viewpoints and applications, without departing from the concept of the present invention. It should be noted in advance that the accompanying drawings of the present invention are for simple schematic explanation and are not drawn to actual size. The technical content of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the following embodiments, but the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited by the content disclosed. It should be understood that while this specification may use terms such as “first,” “second,” and “third” to describe various elements or signals, these elements or signals are not limited by these terms. These terms are primarily used to distinguish between one element and another, or between two signals. Furthermore, the term “or” as used herein may, depending on the context, include any one or more combinations of the items listed in relation to the subject. Figure 1 is a top view showing an improved glass fiber cloth according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 2 is a schematic side view showing an improved glass fiber cloth according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 1, the improved glass fiber cloth 100 includes a plurality of warp threads 1 and a plurality of weft threads 2 woven with the plurality of warp threads 1. The plurality of warp threads 1 have a warp density of 63 threads/inch to 74 threads/inch and a warp gap G1 of 0.033 mm to 0.098 mm. The plurality of weft threads 2 have a weft density of 48 threads/inch to 77 threads/inch and a weft gap G2 of 0.012 mm to 0.098 mm. The thickness T of the improved glass fiber cloth 100 is 0.041 mm to 0.092 mm. The basis weight of the glass fiber cloth 100 is 45 g/ m² to 108 g/ m² . The improved glass fiber fabric 100 can be opened by common methods such as extrusion, high-pressure washing, friction, and water jet methods. While the improved glass fiber fabric 100 has a fiber opening degree of 67% to 82%, the present invention does not limit the method of opening the improved glass fiber fabric 100. The basis weight of the improved glass fiber cloth 100 may be the same as that of the #2116 type, #3313 type, #1078 type, or #1280 type. In other words, the improved glass fiber cloth 100 may be improved for a specific type of cloth. Generally, warp threads are subjected to relatively high tension, making them somewhat difficult to open. In the improved glass fiber cloth 100 according to this embodiment, the basis weight of the improved glass fiber cloth 100 may be that of the #2116 type, #3313 type, #1078 type, or #1280 type by first selecting a specific warp thread 1, controlling the gap G1 between the warp threads 1, and then further selecting the weft thread 2 and controlling the gap G2 between the weft threads 2. For example, the types of the multiple warp threads 1 may be E225 or D450, and the types of the multiple weft threads 2 may be DE300, D450, D900, or D600. It is worth noting that the types of warp and weft threads in this invention refer to the types of threads specified in the JIS R 3413 standard. The improved glass fiber cloth 100 can be used to manufacture a circuit board equipped with differential pair wiring arranged in parallel, and then the signal skew of the two wirings on the circuit board is measured. Specifically, the average signal skew of the longitudinal wiring on the circuit board formed with the improved
