JP-2026076375-A - Acoustic vibration exciter
Abstract
[Problem] To add a drip-proof structure to an acoustic vibration device that vibrates a panel material while suppressing an increase in the height dimension. [Solution] The acoustic vibration device 1 comprises a frame 11 fixed to the ceiling interior material 501 side between the ceiling interior material 501 and the outer panel 502 of the vehicle, a vibration unit 12 including a cylindrical body 4 and a magnetic circuit unit 3, a voice coil 52 arranged in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit unit 3, a bobbin 51 around which the voice coil 52 is wound, a first damper 61 connecting the cylindrical body 4 and the bobbin 51, a second damper 62 connecting the cylindrical body 4 and the frame 11, and a drip-proof cover 2 to prevent water droplets falling from the outer panel 502 side from adhering to the second damper 62. The drip-proof cover 2 is formed in an annular shape with an open center and is attached to the vibration unit 12 and positioned on the outer circumference side of the magnetic circuit unit 3 and above the second damper 62. The upper part of the magnetic circuit unit 3 is positioned above the drip-proof cover 2 by passing through the opening 23 of the drip-proof cover 2. [Selection Diagram] Figure 2

- A frame that is fixed to the panel material, An excitation unit including a cylindrical body and a magnetic circuit attached to the inner circumference of the cylindrical body, The panel material is equipped with a drip-proof cover to prevent water droplets from falling from above, The acoustic vibration device is characterized in that the drip-proof cover is attached to the vibration section.
Description
This invention relates to an acoustic vibration exciter. Vibration devices that reproduce sound by vibrating panel materials are known. As an example, Patent Document 1 discloses a vibration device that is placed between the ceiling interior material and the exterior panel of a vehicle, and outputs sound into the vehicle cabin by vibrating the ceiling interior material. The vibration device (2) described in Figure 5 of Patent Document 1 comprises a magnetic circuit section (4), a cylindrical body (5) holding the magnetic circuit section (4), a coil (32) positioned within the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit section (4), a bobbin section (21m) around which the coil (32) is wound, a coil support member (21) including the bobbin section (21m), a coupler (22) to which the coil support member (21) is assembled and fixed to the ceiling interior material (50), a first damper (33) connecting the bobbin section (21m) and the cylindrical body (5), and a second damper (34) connecting the cylindrical body (5) and the coil support member (21). Japanese Patent Publication No. 2021-29005 This is a perspective view of an acoustic vibration exciter according to one embodiment of the present invention. This is a cross-sectional view along the line A-A in Figure 1.This is an enlarged view of the main part of Figure 2.Figure 1 is an exploded view of the acoustic vibration device. This is a plan view showing the base and flange before assembly in Figure 4.This is a plan view showing the assembled state of the base and flange in Figure 5.This diagram illustrates the assembly structure of the base and flange shown in Figure 5. The following describes one embodiment of the present invention. An acoustic vibration device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a frame fixed to a panel material, a vibration unit including a cylindrical body and a magnetic circuit unit attached to the inner circumference of the cylindrical body, a voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit unit, a bobbin around which the voice coil is wound, a first damper connecting the cylindrical body and the bobbin, a second damper connecting the cylindrical body and the frame, and a drip-proof cover that prevents water droplets falling from above the panel material from adhering to the second damper. The drip-proof cover is formed in an annular shape with an open center, is attached to the vibration unit, and is positioned on the outer circumference of the magnetic circuit unit and above the second damper, with the upper part of the magnetic circuit unit passing through the opening and positioned above the drip-proof cover. In this way, the drip-proof cover can prevent water droplets falling from above the panel material from adhering to the second damper. Furthermore, by forming this drip-proof cover in an annular shape with an open center and attaching it to the vibration-generating section, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height dimension. Furthermore, it is preferable that the upper surface of the drip-proof cover is formed with a downward slope from the inner circumference to the outer circumference. This configuration allows water droplets adhering to the drip-proof cover to be guided to the outer circumference and dropped onto the panel material. Furthermore, it is preferable that the cylindrical body comprises a cylindrical portion and a flange portion extending outward from the lower end of the cylindrical portion, with the outer circumference of the first damper overlapping the lower surface of the flange portion, the inner circumference of the second damper overlapping the upper surface of the flange portion, and the magnetic circuit portion and the drip-proof cover attached to the cylindrical portion. This configuration further suppresses the increase in the height dimension.
