Description

This application, which cross-references related applications , claims the benefit of priority from U.S. Provisional Application No. 63/493,673, filed on 31 March 2023, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. This disclosure generally relates to systems and methods for providing and collecting data from dialogue sessions, and more specifically, to systems and methods for relating data collected from dialogue sessions between pet professionals and pet owners to pet profiles. Owning a pet inherently involves a substantial burden in creating, managing, and tracking all different types of pet data. Current solutions to alleviate this burden are general, inefficient, and not tailored to the specific needs of pet owners. Furthermore, pet owners may use numerous independent and/or fragmented systems to manage their pets' lives. Consequently, relevant information presented in one setting (e.g., a veterinary clinic) may be lost, forgotten, or unavailable for use in another setting (e.g., a pet content website). Conventional technologies fail to provide a single, personalized centralized location for the data management needs of pet owners and their pets. This disclosure aims to address the issues referenced above. The background descriptions provided herein are intended to provide general context for this disclosure. Unless otherwise indicated herein, the materials contained in this section are not considered prior art or a proposal of prior art. In certain aspects of this disclosure, methods and systems for associating data collected from dialogue sessions between pet professionals and pet owners with pet profiles are disclosed. Several embodiments are directed toward methods performed by at least one processor of a platform. The methods include: receiving a first dataset from a first system, associated with dialogue between pet owners and professionals regarding pet care, hosted via the first system; updating pet profile data associated with a pet based on the first dataset; determining a portion of pet profile data associated with a second system, the portion of which includes the first dataset; and transmitting the portion of pet profile data to the second system, the second system configured to generate content for the pet owner based on the portion of the pet profile data. Another embodiment is directed to a computer system comprising at least one memory storing processor-readable instructions, and at least one processor configured to access the memory and execute the processor-readable instructions, wherein the processor-readable instructions, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to perform multiple functions. These functions include: receiving from a first system a first dataset associated with interactions between pet owners and professionals regarding pet care hosted through the first system; updating pet profile data associated with a pet based on the first dataset; determining a portion of the pet profile data associated with a second system (the portion of the pet profile data includes the first dataset); and transmitting the portion of the pet profile data to the second system, wherein the second system is configured to generate content for the pet owner based on the portion of the pet profile data. Other embodiments of the present disclosure include instructions directed to a non-temporary computer-readable medium that, when executed by at least one processor, configure at least one processor to perform the following actions: receive from a first system a first dataset associated with interactions between pet owners and professionals regarding pet care hosted through the first system; update pet profile data associated with a pet based on the first dataset; determine a portion of pet profile data associated with a second system (the portion of pet profile data including the first dataset); and transmit the portion of pet profile data to the second system, wherein the second system is configured to generate content for the pet owner based on the portion of pet profile data. Please understand that both the general description above and the detailed description below are illustrative and descriptive only, and do not limit the disclosed embodiments.
