Description
This invention relates to an aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure, and more particularly to an aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure in which the fabric is flatly bonded to an aluminum extruded frame, making it widely usable as an optimal surface decorative material for interior design in the field of architecture and building materials. In the fields of architecture, building materials, interior design, and decoration, particularly in interior design and decoration, planks are primarily used for plaster walls, wooden partitions, and ceilings, often employing technically demanding construction methods. However, while planks offer high flexibility and texture in interior design and decoration, they have the following significant drawbacks in actual construction: This is a schematic diagram showing an application example of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 1 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 2 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a side cross-sectional view of the present invention along the line A-A in Figure 3.This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 3 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 4 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 5 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. This is a schematic diagram of Embodiment 6 of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of the present invention. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of this invention includes at least one or more aluminum extruded frames 1 and at least one or more fabrics 2. The aluminum extruded frame 1 is constructed by enclosing at least one or more combinations of elements and includes a sealed hollow area 10. For example, if the aluminum extruded frame 1 includes only one element, it means that the aluminum extruded frame 1 is a frame manufactured by integral molding and includes a sealed hollow area 10. For example, if the aluminum extruded frame 1 includes at least two or more elements, it means that the entire aluminum extruded frame 1 is a single frame formed by fitting and joining or fixing multiple aluminum extruded frames 1 together, and includes a sealed hollow area 10. Furthermore, at least one or more insertion grooves 11 are provided on at least one side of the aluminum extruded frame 1, and a plurality of insertion groove teeth 111 are provided protruding from the inner wall of the insertion groove 11. These insertion groove teeth 111 may be arranged correspondingly to each other or alternately within the insertion groove 11. The fabric 2 is installed corresponding to the hollow area 10 of the aluminum extruded frame 1, and each side of the fabric 2 extends outward to provide at least one fixed edge 21, to which at least one insertion strip 3 is attached, and as shown in Figure 4, the fixed edges 21 of the fabric 2 and the insertion strip 3 are fitted into the insertion groove 11 of the aluminum extruded frame 1 (or the insertion strip 3 may be directly fixed onto the fixed edges 21 of the fabric 2 by sewing). The material of fabric 2 may be high-density, high-pressure fabric, fine-weave gauze, curtain fabric, textile fabric, or other fabric materials. Furthermore, various different colors, designs, patterns, and characters can be printed on the surface of fabric 2, allowing for a wide variety of color, design, pattern, and character combinations, creating diverse and rich decorative effects, and possessing the extremely high design advantages required in industrial fields. The insertion strip 3 is manufactured from a rigid material (e.g., rigid plastic) and has multiple protrusions 31 on its surface. By interfering and engaging the protrusions 31 on the insertion strip 3 with the teeth 111 of the insertion groove 11, the insertion strip 3 can be securely joined and fitted into the insertion groove 11. The insertion strip 3 and the protrusions 31 can be in the shape of convex strips or convex dots. As shown in the embodiment 2 in Figure 3, the fabric 2 has notches 20 at the points where one fixed side 21 intersects with the other fixed side 21, allowing each corner of the fabric 2 to be seamlessly joined to the corner of the aluminum extruded frame 1. This section describes an assembly embodiment of the aluminum extruded decorative fabric structure of this invention. The fabric 2 is installed corresponding to the hollow area 10 of the aluminum extruded frame 1. The fixed edge 21 of the fabric 2 and the insertion strip 3 are fitted into the insertion groove 11 of the aluminum extruded frame 1, respectively. By using the insertion strip 3 to fit into the insert
