Claims (4)

  1. A mounting structure comprising a PET resin louver panel and a mounting member for attaching the louver panel to a building, The mounting member has a groove that extends in the longitudinal direction, The inner wall surface of the groove is formed with claws that protrude inward. The end of the louver panel is inserted into the groove and held by the claw, The mounting member is fixed to the base member of the building via a fixing member. A mounting structure characterized by the following features.
  2. The mounting member has a flange portion extending in the longitudinal direction above the groove portion, The fixing member is an engaging member that engages the flange portion and the base member. The mounting structure according to feature 1.
  3. The aforementioned fixing member is a screw-type member that screws into a suspension bolt extending from the building. The mounting member has a rail portion extending longitudinally above the groove portion, which slidably holds the screw member. The mounting structure according to feature 1.
  4. The aforementioned fixing member is a fastening member that penetrates the upper surface of the groove and is fixed to the base member, thereby directly fixing the mounting member to the building. The mounting structure according to feature 1.

Description

This invention relates to a mounting structure for PET resin louver panels, which can be used, for example, for the exterior or interior of buildings. Traditionally, louver panels have been installed on the exterior or interior of buildings for purposes such as adjusting natural light, ventilation, privacy, and decoration. Louver panels are widely made from materials such as aluminum and wood, and are attached to buildings using fastening methods such as screws and bolts. On the other hand, in recent years, the use of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin as a material for louver panels has been considered from the perspective of reducing environmental impact and improving recyclability. PET resin has the advantages of being lightweight, easily recyclable, and producing fewer toxic gases when burned. Furthermore, as a structure for attaching panel members to a building, a suspended ceiling structure is known in which, for example, a joist rail is attached to suspension bolts extending from the ceiling slab, and the ceiling board is held by the joist rail (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the suspended ceiling structure described in Patent Document 1, a non-combustible lightweight viscoelastic ceiling board is held via a joist rail attached to the suspension bolt. The embodiments of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant explanations will be omitted as appropriate. <First Embodiment> The mounting structure 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3. Figure 1 is a view of the mounting structure 1 from the end side, Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the mounting structure 1, and Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of installation of the mounting structure 1 to a base member 100 of a building. In this description of the practical embodiment, the base member 100 is a suspension bolt 110, etc., included in the building and extending from a structure such as a ceiling slab. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the mounting structure 1 comprises a PET resin louver panel 10 and a mounting member 20 for attaching the louver panel 10 to a building. The louver panel 10 is a plate-like member made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, and is formed in the shape of a rectangular flat plate extending in the longitudinal direction. More specifically, the louver panel 10 is a felt-like building panel made of PET resin, and is formed to a thickness of 9 mm or 12 mm, for example, with a maximum dimension of approximately 1,220 mm x 2,440 mm. The density of the louver panel 10 is, for example, approximately 220 kg/ m³ . The louver panel 10 is lightweight and possesses sound absorption, heat insulation, and moisture and mold resistance. Furthermore, PET resin is easily recyclable and has the advantage of producing few toxic gases during combustion, thus contributing to a reduction in environmental impact. In addition, the louver panel 10 is easy to cut and process on-site, offering high flexibility in installation. The louver panel 10 can be used, for example, in the exterior or interior of buildings for purposes such as adjusting natural light, ventilation, privacy, decoration, and sound absorption. The mounting member 20 is a rail-shaped member extending along the longitudinal direction of the louver panel 10, and has a groove portion 21 extending in the longitudinal direction and a flange portion 23 provided above the groove portion 21. The groove 21 is a U-shaped groove with an open b
