Abstract

[Problem] To provide a spacer for fan-equipped garments that can form an airflow passage without any constraints on the garment itself. [Solution] The spacer 100 for fan-equipped wear comprises a breathable bag portion and a breathable member 2 housed within the bag portion, which prevents contact between the clothing and the human body and forms an air passage between the clothing and the human body. The bag portion comprises a locking portion 12 formed on the first end side in the first direction and a retained portion 13 formed on the second end side opposite the first end and which is locked to the locking portion 12. By locking the locking portion 12 to the retained portion 13, it is wrapped around the wearer's body and forms an air passage between the wearer and the fan-equipped wear. Claims (5)

  1. A breathable bag portion, The garment comprises a breathable member housed within the aforementioned bag portion, which prevents contact between the garment body and underwear or the human body, and forms an air passage between the garment body and the underwear or the human body. The bag portion comprises a locking portion formed on the first end side in the first direction, and a locked portion formed on the second end side opposite to the first end, which is locked to the locking portion. A spacer for a fan-equipped garment, which is wrapped around the wearer's body by engaging the locking portion with the locked portion, thereby forming an air passage between the wearer and the garment body.
  2. The spacer for fan-equipped wear according to claim 1, wherein the bag portion has an opening that can be opened and closed for inserting and removing the breathable member.
  3. The spacer for fan-equipped apparel according to claim 1, wherein the bag portion is provided such that the third end, perpendicular to the first and second ends, has higher breathability than the fourth end, which faces the third end.
  4. The bag portion is formed of a mesh material, and the fineness of the mesh differs between its first surface and the second surface facing the first surface, as described in claim 1.
  5. The aforementioned breathable member has a frame-shaped portion, a plurality of upright portions formed so as to be connected at one end to the frame-shaped portion and rising from the frame-shaped portion, and an upright end connecting portion formed by connecting the other ends of the plurality of upright portions, A spacer for fan-equipped wear according to claim 1, further comprising a flexible connecting portion that connects the frame-shaped portions of the protrusions located in close proximity to each other so that multiple protrusions are connected.

Description

This invention relates to a spacer for fan-equipped apparel. In recent years, cooling garments with built-in fans have been commercialized and are rapidly gaining popularity. These garments consist of a body made of a low-breathability material, with a fan attached to draw air into the garment. When the fan is activated, a large volume of air is drawn into the garment, circulates along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear, and is then expelled from the collar or other openings of the garment. As the air drawn into the garment circulates along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear, sweat evaporates, and the body is cooled by the heat of vaporization during this process (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Such fan-equipped clothing can experience reduced cooling effects if the airflow path between the garment and the wearer's body is blocked, for example, by a harness or the wearer's posture. Therefore, a configuration is known in which a spacer, detachably attached to the garment, prevents contact between the garment and the wearer's body using pressure-resistant protrusions while simultaneously ensuring an airflow path between the garment and the wearer's body (see, for example, Patent Document 2). International Publication No. 2005/063065Patent No. 5970087 This is a front view of a fan-equipped garment spacer in an unlocked state according to an embodiment. This is a rear view of a fan-equipped garment spacer in an unlocked state according to an embodiment. This is a perspective view of a spacer for a fan-equipped garment in a locked state according to an embodiment. This is a perspective view of a fan-equipped garment spacer in a locked state according to an embodiment. The diagram shows the spacer attached to the wearer.(a) is a plan view showing a breathable member, and (b) is a cross-sectional view along the line B-B in the same figure. The following description will explain an embodiment of the present invention, a spacer for fan-equipped apparel, based on Figures 1 to 5. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the illustrated examples, and various modifications can be made to the embodiments described below without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In the following explanation, we will use the wearer's state with the fan-equipped garment spacer 100 attached as a reference point, defining the wearer's front direction as front, their rear direction as rear, their upper direction as up, their lower direction as down, their right direction as right, their left direction as left, the axis along the front-to-back direction as the X-axis, the axis along the left-to-right direction as the Y-axis, and the axis along the up-to-down direction as the Z-axis. [1. Configuration of the Embodiment] Figure 1 is a plan view showing the first side of the fan-equipped garment spacer 100, and Figure 2 is a plan view showing the second side of the fan-equipped garment spacer 100. The fan-equipped garment spacer 100 according to this embodiment comprises a bag portion 1 and a breathable member 2. The fan-equipped garment spacer 100 is attached to the wearer's body when wearing a fan-equipped garment (not shown). It ensures that air drawn in by the fan into the lining of the garment (the space formed between the lining and the wearer's body or underwear when the garment is worn) is circulated along the surface of the wearer's body or underwear, and then expelled through air outlets formed in the collar or other areas of the garment. This allows sweat from the body to evaporate, and the heat of vaporization during evaporation cools the body, thus creating a space (air passage) between the lining and the wearer's body. [(1) Bag part] The bag portion 1 is formed of, for example, a breathable mesh material, and a breathable member 2 is housed inside. The bag portion 1 includes an opening 11, a locking portion 12, a locking portion 13, a ventilation portion 14, and a contact portion 15. The opening 11 is an openable and closable opening for inserting and removing the breathable member 2, and is provided at any location on the bag portion 1. A suitable configuration can be used to make the opening 11 openable and closable, such as a wire fastener, hook-and-loop fastener, or snap button. The locking portion 12 is formed on the first end side in the left-right direction of one of the surfaces (first surface) of the bag portion 1, and is provided to be able to engage and disengage with the receiving portion 13 formed on the second end side in the left-right direction of the other surface (second surface) of the bag portion 1. The locking portion 12 and the receiving portion 13 can be made of any suitable configuration, such as a wire fastener, hook-and-loop fastener, or snap button. By engaging the locking portion 12 with the receiving portion 13, the fan-equipped garment spacer 100 becomes ring-shaped, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, allowing it to be wrapped around an
