Claims (4)

  1. A light source that emits illumination light, A fixture body made of a metal plate that supports the light source, A frame made of a metal plate, having a window through which the illumination light passes, and attached to the fixture body, A light-transmitting panel having transparency to the aforementioned illumination light and placed in the window, A sealing member is placed on the periphery of the light-transmitting panel, A fixing member for fixing the frame to the main body of the device, Equipped with, The light-transmitting panel has a panel body on which a plurality of lenses are formed, and a peripheral portion that protrudes from the periphery of the panel body, and the sealing member is attached by inserting the peripheral portion into a groove provided in the sealing member. The device body has a flange portion that faces the frame with the sealing member in between, The fixing member fastens the fixture body and the frame in such a way that it reduces the distance between the frame and the flange portion. Lighting fixtures.
  2. The sealing member has a first surface that is in close contact with the flange portion and a second surface that is in close contact with the frame. At least one of the first surface and the second surface is provided with a rib that protrudes from the first surface or the second surface. The lighting fixture according to claim 1.
  3. The device body further has a protruding wall that extends from the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion. A lighting fixture according to claim 1 or 2.
  4. The aforementioned protruding wall faces the sealing member in a direction intersecting the direction in which the flange portion and the frame face each other. The lighting fixture according to claim 3 .

Description

This disclosure relates to lighting fixtures, and more particularly to lighting fixtures having a watertight structure. As a conventional example, we will illustrate with the street lamp (lighting fixture) described in Patent Document 1. The street lamp described in Patent Document 1 (hereinafter referred to as the conventional example) comprises an aluminum die-cast lamp body, a lower panel covering the lower surface of the lamp body, a globe glass supported by the lower panel, a light source unit housed in the light source chamber of the lamp body, and an annular packing fitted to the edge of the globe glass. Conventional designs achieve a watertight seal inside the surrounding wall, including the light source chamber, by tightly sealing the tip of the surrounding wall on the light fixture body with a packing. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2014-175074 Figure 1 is a perspective view of a lighting fixture according to an embodiment of this disclosure, viewed from the front.Figure 2 is a perspective view of the same lighting fixture as shown above, seen from the rear.Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the same lighting fixture.Figure 4 is a front view of the same lighting fixture.Figure 5 is a right side view of the same lighting fixture.Figure 6 is a rear view of the same lighting fixture.Figure 7 is a plan view of the same lighting fixture.Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the lighting fixture shown above. The lighting fixtures according to the embodiments of this disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the figures described in the following embodiments are schematic diagrams, and the ratios of the size and thickness of each component do not necessarily reflect the actual dimensional ratios. Furthermore, the configurations described in the following embodiments are merely examples of this disclosure. This disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications are possible depending on the design, etc., as long as the effects of this disclosure can be achieved. (1) Overview The lighting fixture A1 according to this embodiment comprises a light source unit 2 (light source part) that emits illumination light, a fixture body 1 made of a metal plate that supports the light source unit 2, and a frame 3 made of a metal plate that is attached to the fixture body 1 and has a window 300 through which the illumination light passes. Furthermore, the lighting fixture A1 according to this embodiment includes a lens unit B1 (light-transmitting panel) that is transparent to illumination light and positioned in the window 300, a sealing member 5 positioned around the periphery of the lens unit B1, and bolts 34 and nuts 35 (fixing members) that secure the frame 3 to the fixture body 1. The fixture body 1 has a flange portion 11 that faces the frame 3, with the sealing member 5 in between. The bolts 34 and nuts 35 fasten the fixture body 1 and the frame 3 together, reducing the distance between the frame 3 and the flange portion 11. In the embodiment of the lighting fixture A1, a sealing member 5 is sandwiched between the flange portion 11 of the fixture body 1, which is made of a metal plate, and the frame 3, which is also made of a metal plate. The gap between the sealing member 5 and the flange portion 11 and frame 3 is sealed by the tightening force of the bolts 34 and nuts 35. However, if the fixture body is made of aluminum die-cast, as in the conventional example described above, the manufacturing cost of the fixture body increases in order to make the portion in contact with the sealing member flat. In contrast, in the lighting fixture A1 according to this embodiment, the fixture body 1 (flange portion 11) and frame 3, which are sealed by the sealing member 5, are each formed from metal plates. Therefore, compared to aluminum die-cast fixtures, manufacturing costs for a watertight structure can be reduced. (2) Details The lighting fixture A1 according to this embodiment (hereinafter referred to as lighting fixture A1) is used, for example, to illuminate outdoor parking lots, grounds, etc. In the following description, unless otherwise specified, the up and down, front and back, and left and right directions indicated by arrows in Figure 1 are defined as the up and down, front and back, and left and right directions of lighting fixture A1. Lighting fixture A1 comprises a fixture body 1, a light source unit 2, a frame 3, an arm 4, a sealing member 5, a power supply unit 6, a power cable 7, a lens unit B1, and the like. (2-1) Fixture body The fixture body 1 has a housing section 10 for housing the power supply unit 6 and a flange section 11 for supporting the light source unit 2 and the lens unit B1 (see Figures 2 and 3). The housing 10 is formed in the shape of a rectangular box with an open front (see Figure 3). A power supply unit 6 is mounted on the inner bottom surface of the housing 10. The power supply unit 6, for e
