Description
This disclosure relates to lighting equipment. With the continuous development of lighting technology, installation is becoming increasingly simple. By installing adapters on the ceiling for connecting lighting fixtures, rapid installation of lighting equipment can be easily facilitated. In the lighting device described in Patent Document 1, the circuit board on which the light-emitting module of the lighting device is mounted and the power terminals that connect to the external power supply are two separate components. The power terminals are fixed to an intermediate member by screw connections or the like before being connected to the circuit board. Furthermore, in order to stably connect to the adapter, the power terminals need to extend relatively long in the thickness direction of the lighting device, which increases the cost of the power terminals, occupies a large space, and is detrimental to making the lighting device thinner. In addition, since the circuit board and power terminals are manufactured separately and then assembled and fixed, the assembly and manufacturing process becomes complex, increasing manufacturing costs and reducing productivity. Therefore, simplifying the configuration of the circuit board and power terminals of the lighting device is a problem that needs to be solved. Chinese Utility Model No. 201779469 Specification This is an exploded view of a lighting device according to an embodiment. This is a perspective view of the circuit board and power terminals according to the embodiment. This is a bottom view of the circuit board and power terminal according to the embodiment. This is a perspective view of the housing, support, and adapter according to the embodiment. This is a cross-sectional view of a lighting device according to an embodiment. This is a magnified view of the adapter in Figure 4.This is a front view of the lighting device according to the embodiment. The embodiments of this disclosure will be described clearly and in detail below with reference to the drawings, but it is clear that the embodiments described are only a part of the embodiments of this disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments readily obtainable by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of this disclosure are all within the scope of the protection of the present invention. This disclosure provides a lighting device 100. Figure 1 is an exploded view of the lighting device 100 of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 1, the lighting device 100 comprises a circuit board 1, a power terminal 2, and a housing 3. Figure 2 is a perspective view of the circuit board 1 and power terminal 2 of this embodiment. As shown in Figure 2, the power terminal 2 is provided in the center of the circuit board 1, and the power terminal 2 is electrically connected to the circuit board 1. Various electrical elements 11 of the lighting device 100 are provided on the circuit board 1. These electrical elements 11 may be capacitors, control modules, etc. Note that the contour shape of the electrical elements 11 in Figure 2 only indicates the installation location and approximate height of the electrical elements 11, and does not represent the actual product or the configuration of the electrical elements 11 in this disclosure. The power terminal 2 and the circuit board 1 are integrally fixed together. Specifically, the "integrally fixed" configuration is a connection configuration that does not involve an intermediate member. By using this integrally fixed connection configuration, the intermediate member, which would normally have a certain thickness, is omitted, thus reducing the space occupied by the power terminal 2 in the thickness direction a of the lighting device 100, contributing to a thinner lighting device 100. Furthermore, by directly fixing the circuit board 1 and the power terminal 2, which are indirectly fixed by an intermediate member, the number of parts can be reduced. This reduces the number of parts required during manual or automatic assembly before shipment of the lighting device 100, contributing to improved productivity and reduced manufacturing costs. In this embodiment, the power terminal 2 and the circuit board 1 are integrally fixed by soldering, and the connection between the power terminal 2 and the circuit board 1 is made stronger by the fixed connection made by soldering. Furthermore, compared to other electrical connection methods, soldering can relatively reduce the contact resistance between the power terminal 2 and the circuit board 1, which is advantageous in reducing the amount of heat generated by the circuit board 1 when the lighting device 100 is in use. Also, the soldering fixing method is useful for realizing fixed connections between the power terminal 2 and the circuit board 1 in automated production processes for PCB boards, particularly single-sided boards. Other forms of integral fixing may be used in other embodiments of this disclosure, and are not partic
