Claims (7)

  1. A gas discharge cap (100), An inner cap (110) configured to be fastened to the main body (200), with an inner cap opening (111b) formed in a portion thereof; An outer cap (120) configured to cover the outside of the inner cap (110); and, Includes a check valve (130) which is inserted and coupled to the inner cap opening (111b) and configured to seal or open the inner cap opening (111b) in accordance with the pressure of the main body (200), The space between the inner cap (110) and the outer cap (120) is further provided with a foam packing portion (160) configured to prevent leakage of the contents inside the main body (200). A gas discharge cap (100) characterized by the following features.
  2. The gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 1, wherein the check valve (130) is made of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) material.
  3. The gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 2, configured such that when the pressure inside the main body (200) exceeds a preset critical pressure, the check valve (130) elastically deforms, causing the inner cap opening (111b) to open, and the gas inside the main body (200) to be discharged downward toward the outer cap (120) along the space between the opened inner cap opening (111b) and the inner cap (110) and the outer cap (120).
  4. The gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 3, wherein the check valve (130) is further configured to prevent leakage of the contents inside the main body (200) by a first sealing region (141) and a second sealing region (142) formed by coupling with the inner cap (110).
  5. The gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 1 further includes a spring (150) configured such that one end is connected to the outer cap (120) and the other end is connected to a check valve (130).
  6. The gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 5, wherein the spring (150) is configured to pressurize the check valve (130) toward the main body (200).
  7. Cosmetic container (1000), A gas discharge cap (100) according to claim 1; and, A cosmetic container (1000) characterized by including a main body (200) to which the gas discharge cap (100) is attached.

Description

This invention relates to a gas discharge cap and a cosmetic container containing the same. More specifically, it relates to a gas discharge cap configured to discharge gas generated inside the cosmetic container through the lower side of the cap while simultaneously preventing leakage of the contents contained inside the cosmetic container to the outside. Generally, for storing liquid contents such as detergents, fuel oils, cooking oils, and fermented foods like soy sauce, containers are used that have an internal storage space to accommodate a certain volume and have handles to facilitate pouring and use of the contents. Such containers typically have an internal stopper and a container cap at the opening for sealing to prevent leakage. However, if a sealed container containing its contents is stored for a long period of time, or if the surrounding environment (e.g., exposure to sunlight, high temperatures) causes gas to build up inside the container, the pressure can cause the container to bulge, making it difficult to open the cap. Furthermore, if the stored contents are highly flammable liquids, explosions due to gas pressure can frequently occur. The problem of gas generation within such containers is also present in cosmetic containers that contain cosmetic contents, and this problem is particularly pronounced in cosmetic containers containing vitamins. To solve the problem of gas generation within cosmetic containers, Patent Document 1 (Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0144965) utilizes a packing member that expands in response to the pressure inside the container, sealing or opening a lower communication hole to discharge the gas generated inside to the outside. However, because holes are formed on the surface of the outer cap so that the gas is discharged to the top of the outer cap, this not only reduces the aesthetic appeal of the cosmetic product but also has the problem of reduced gas discharge efficiency due to the upward movement of the gas during discharge. Therefore, in order to improve upon the problems and shortcomings of existing gas discharge methods for cosmetic containers, there is a growing need in the industry for a new type of gas discharge cap and cosmetic containers that incorporate it. This cap allows for the discharge of gas generated inside the container through the lower side of the cap, while simultaneously preventing the contents from leaking out.
