  1. In a structure for storing a hose guide device in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, the hose guide device, which has a guide roller for guiding the cleaning hose attached to the tip of a support rod, The storage section for housing the hose guide is provided on a subframe that is fixed to the chassis frame of the high-pressure washer vehicle and extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and extends from the rear of the vehicle toward the front, The hose guide can be stored in the storage compartment from the rear side of the vehicle, and the hose guide can be pulled out from the storage compartment towards the rear side of the vehicle for removal . The support rod is composed of a base rod on which the guide roller is provided and an extension rod detachably connected to the base rod, and the storage section for storing the hose guide device comprises a storage section for storing the base rod and a storage section for storing the extension rod, characterized in that the storage structure for a hose guide device in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle is characterized in that the support rod is composed of a base rod on which the guide roller is provided and an extension rod detachably connected to the base rod, and the storage section for storing the hose guide device comprises a storage section for storing the base rod and a storage section for storing the extension rod.
  2. The storage section for the hose guide is fixed to the subframe and includes a cylindrical holder into which the support rod is inserted, according to claim 1, for storing the hose guide.
  3. The cylindrical holder is arranged in the hollow portion of the subframe, as described in claim 2, for the storage structure of a hose guide in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle.
  4. A stopper is provided in the storage section for storing the extension rod. The stopper comprises a frame fixedly positioned around the rear end opening of the storage section, a pivot shaft fixed to the frame, a stopper member rotatably attached to the pivot shaft, and an elastic member rotatably connecting the stopper member to the frame. The stopper member comprises a base attached to the pivot shaft and a locking portion extending laterally from the base and having a hook portion at its tip. The stopper member normally closes the rear end opening with the locking portion, and when it rotates around the pivot axis against the elastic force of the elastic member, it opens the rear end opening. The storage structure for a hose guide in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is configured such that when the extension rod stored in the storage section comes into contact with the locking section, the rotational trajectory of the inner corner of the tip of the hook section, centered on the axis of the pivot shaft, intersects with the end of the extension rod.

Description

Applicable under Article 30, Paragraph 2 of the Patent Law. Date of sale: March 4, 2021. Place of sale: Kuwana Environmental Service Co., Ltd., 958-3 Ueno, Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. This invention relates to a structure for housing a hose guide device, in which a guide roller for guiding a cleaning hose is provided at the tip of a support rod, in a high-pressure cleaning vehicle. High-pressure cleaning vehicles are used to clean the inside of pipes such as sewer pipes and drainage pipes. For example, cleaning sewer pipes with a high-pressure cleaning vehicle is carried out in the following manner: A high-pressure cleaning vehicle is parked near a manhole embedded in the road surface. After removing the manhole cover, as shown in Figure 11, a cleaning hose 22 is extended from a hose reel 21 mounted on the rear of the vehicle. The cleaning nozzle 22a at the end of the cleaning hose 22 is inserted into the sewer pipe 24 through the road-side opening 23a of the manhole 23 and the sewer pipe-side opening 23b. Then, the water pump mounted on the high-pressure cleaning vehicle is activated to supply high-pressure water to the cleaning hose 22. While spraying the cleaning nozzle 22a onto the inner surface of the sewer pipe 24, the cleaning nozzle 22a is moved forward and backward within the sewer pipe 24 to perform the cleaning. When the cleaning nozzle 22a is moved forward and backward within the sewer pipe 24, if the cleaning hose 22 comes into contact with the edge (corner) of the sewer pipe side opening 23b of the manhole 23, the cleaning hose 22 may be damaged, and the smooth forward and backward movement of the cleaning nozzle 22a within the sewer pipe 24 may be hindered. Therefore, a guide roller 31 is placed on the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b, and the cleaning hose 22 is guided by the guide roller 31 to prevent the cleaning hose 22 from coming into contact with the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b (see Figures 4 to 6 of Patent Document 1 below). The hose guide device 30 is constructed by rotatably supporting this guide roller 31 on a support device 32 with a support rod 33. That is, the hose guide device 30 consists of a guide roller 31 that guides the cleaning hose 22, a support device 32 that rotatably supports the guide roller 31, and a support rod 33 attached to the support device 32. The support member 32 is equipped with a hook 32a. By hooking the hook 32a of the support member 32 onto the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b, the guide roller 31 can be positioned on the edge of the sewer pipe side opening 23b. This operation is performed by an operator while manipulating the support rod 33. The support rod 33 is designed to be long enough to accommodate work in deep manholes, but for ease of storage in a vehicle, it has a connection structure consisting of a base rod 33a at the tip (guide roller 31 side) and an extension rod 33b at the rear end.
