The winding shaft is a hollow pipe formed by joining the edges of both ends of a plate material. The aforementioned edges have a joint formed by folding each edge in opposite directions and overlapping them, and flattening the overlapping portion in the thickness direction of the plate. The aforementioned joint portion has a folded length that serves as an overlap for each of the edges, and the fold length is greater than the outer diameter of the shaft portion of the fastening member that penetrates the joint portion in the plate thickness direction. The suspension structure for the winding part of the opening/closing body is characterized in that the suspension end edge of the opening/closing body is overlapped with the joint and fastened and fixed by the fastening member that penetrates the suspension end edge.
  2. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to claim 1, characterized in that the plate material becomes the outer circumferential surface of the winding shaft, and the joint portion is positioned outside the winding shaft beyond the outer circumferential surface.
  3. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening member has a male thread formed on the outer circumference of the shaft portion, and the suspension end edge through which this male thread passes is screwed to the joint portion.
  4. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to claim 2, characterized in that the fastening member has a male thread formed on the outer circumference of the shaft portion, and the suspension end edge through which this male thread passes is screwed to the joint portion.
  5. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of an opening/closing body, according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the joint portion has an indicator portion on the outer surface of the winding shaft that indicates the penetration position of the fastening member.
  6. The suspension structure for the winding part of the opening/closing body according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the winding shaft has a pair of protrusions on both sides of the joint in the circumferential direction, formed by flattening the plate material and projecting inward from the winding shaft.
  7. The suspension structure for the winding part of the opening/closing body according to claim 5, characterized in that the winding shaft has a pair of protrusions on both sides of the joint in the circumferential direction, formed by flattening the plate material and projecting inward from the winding shaft.
  8. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to claim 6, characterized in that the pair of protrusions engage with recesses formed in the outer circumference of the wheel inserted into the winding shaft.
  9. The suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to claim 7, characterized in that the pair of protrusions engage with recesses formed in the outer circumference of the wheel inserted into the winding shaft.

Description

This invention relates to a suspension structure for the winding mechanism of an opening/closing body. In a suspension structure for an opening/closing body that opens and closes an opening in a building, the opening/closing body is attached to the outer circumference of a winding shaft via a suspension member. This structure is characterized by the fact that a continuous hook projection is integrally formed on the outer circumference of the winding shaft along its axial direction, and a hook formed on the suspension member is locked into this hook projection, while a screw passing through the suspension member is screwed and fixed to the aluminum winding shaft (see Patent Document 1). Japanese Patent Publication No. 2013-83100 This is an external perspective view of a window shutter device equipped with a suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing part according to this embodiment. This is a front view showing a portion of the shutter storage compartment cut across a vertical plane. This is a side view showing the suspension structure between the opening/closing mechanism and the winding shaft, along with an enlarged view of its main components. This is an exploded side view of the hinge end and joint. This is a side view illustrating an example of an interlocking connection structure between a wheel and a winding shaft. This is a magnified view of the main part, showing the joint area in Figure 5. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is an external perspective view of a window shutter device 11 equipped with a suspension structure for the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to this embodiment. The suspension structure of the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body according to this embodiment is a structure in which an opening/closing body 15 that opens and closes the opening 13 of a building and a winding shaft 17 (see Figure 2) that winds up the opening/closing body 15 are connected by a fastening member 19 (see Figure 3). The suspension structure of the winding mechanism of the opening/closing body is suitable for use in, for example, a window shutter device 11. The window shutter device 11 is installed on the outside of the sash window 21 that constitutes the window section of the house. An opening 13 is provided in the exterior wall of the house. The sash window 21 is installed in this opening 13. The window shutter device 11 has a shutter curtain, which is an opening/closing body 15. The shutter curtain 15 rises and falls on the outside of the exterior wall to cover the sash window 21. In this embodiment, the shutter curtain 15 is constructed by connecting multiple steel slats 23 that can improve fire resistance. The shutter curtain 15 is constructed by connecting multiple slats 23 in a windable planar shape by engaging the edges of adjacent slats along their longitudinal directions. A base plate 25 is attached to the leading end of the shutter curtain 15 in the direction of extension. The base plate 25 rests on the lower frame 27 when the shutter curtain 15 is lowered. The shutter curtain 15 is guided up and down by a pair of guide rails 28, provided on either side of the sash window 21. The guide rails 28 extend in the direction of up and down movement of the shutter curtain 15, guiding the side edges of the shutter curtain 15 from both the front and back surfaces. Each of the pair of guide rails 28 is fixed to the inside of a pair of outer frames 29 attached to the exterior wall on either side of the sash window 21. A pair of outer frames 29 extend in the direction of the shutter curtain's up and down movement, and their lower ends are connected by a lower frame 27. These outer frames 29 support a portion of the load in the shutter storage section 31 at their upper ends. The shutter storage section 31 is formed in a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape, extending in the direction of the sash window 21's opening. Decorative covers that protrude slightly outward from the outer frames 29 may be attached to the side plates at both longitudinal ends of the shutter storage section 31. The upper ends of the pair of outer frames 29 have openings for the shutter curtain 15 to be inserted into the guide rail 28. These insertion openings are located inside the shutter storage unit 31, which is mounted on the upper ends of the outer frames 29. The upper ends of the pair of outer frames 29 are fixed by an upper frame (not shown). The upper frame is a lintel. The shutter storage unit 31 is mounted above this lintel. Figure 2 is a front view of a portion of the shutter storage section 31, cut in half vertically. The shutter storage section 31 is provided with brackets 33 on both sides. A tubular motor 35, which is an opening and closing mechanism, is fixed to one bracket 33. A fixed shaft 37 is fixed to the other bracket 33. The rotating shaft 39 of the tubular motor 35 and the fixed shaft
