Claims (1)

  1. In a gaming machine in which the player can select one of several performance setting patterns and have it reflected in the performance, A setting means that can set a specific performance setting pattern from among the multiple performance setting patterns in response to a selection operation by the player, A determination means for determining that a specific situation has occurred in the gaming machine, Equipped with, The aforementioned specific performance setting pattern can be applied to the game after a predetermined waiting period following a setting by the setting means during a game progress state in which the game is in progress. The setting means includes a first setting means capable of setting a first specific performance setting pattern as the specific performance setting pattern, and a second setting means capable of setting a second specific performance setting pattern as the specific performance setting pattern. The aforementioned specific situation is the same situation that can occur in either the state in which the first specific performance setting pattern is set by the first setting means, or the state in which the second specific performance setting pattern is set by the second setting means. If it is determined that the specific situation occurs during the waiting period between the setting of the first specific performance setting pattern by the first setting means and its application to the game in the aforementioned game progression state, then control in a restrictive manner that does not perform the performance based on the setting by the first setting means is immediately performed. If it is determined that the specific situation has occurred during the waiting period between the setting of the second specific performance setting pattern by the second setting means and its application to the game in the aforementioned game progression state, the control in a restrictive manner that does not perform the performance based on the setting by the second setting means will not be performed until at least a predetermined period has elapsed since it was determined that the specific situation has occurred. Furthermore, the system includes specific detection means that perform detections that may trigger the occurrence of the aforementioned specific situation. A gaming machine characterized in that, in conjunction with a detection by the specified detection means prior to a detection that could trigger the occurrence of the specified situation, prior notice regarding control in the restrictive manner is given.

Description

This invention relates to gaming machines such as pachinko machines (commonly referred to as "pachinko machines") and slot machines (commonly referred to as "pachislo machines"). Conventional gaming machines are known to implement custom gameplay that allows players to modify specific aspects of the game's presentation and have them reflected in the game's effects (for example, Patent Document 1). Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-14259 This is a front view of a pachinko machine, which is one embodiment of the design. This is a front view perspective of a pachinko machine, shown with the top tilted forward. This is a front view of a pachinko machine. This is a rear view of a pachinko machine. This is a perspective view showing the door frame, main body frame, and outer frame of a pachinko machine in the open position, with their hinges rotated. This is a disassembled perspective view of a pachinko machine, showing its main components from the front. This is a disassembled perspective view of a pachinko machine, showing its main components from the rear. This is a front view of a pachinko machine with the door frame removed.Figure 8 is an exploded perspective view showing the game board separated from the main frame. This is a front view of a pachinko machine with the door frame and game board removed.Figure 10 is a rear view of the pachinko machine.Figure 10 is a perspective view of the pachinko machine, seen from a diagonal front angle. This is a disassembled perspective view from the front, with the outer frame and main frame separated. This is a disassembled perspective view from the back, showing the outer frame and main frame separated. This is a plan cross-sectional view obtained by cutting the outer frame in the center in the vertical direction. This is a perspective view showing the lower part of the outer frame. This is a disassembled perspective view of the main frame, broken down into its main components and viewed from the front. This is a disassembled perspective view of the main frame, broken down into its main components and viewed from the rear.Figure 10 is a plan view of the pachinko machine cut in half vertically down the center.Figure 19 shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A.Figure 8 is a front view showing the main components, including the launch unit and foul unit, in cross-section.This is a disassembled perspective view of the main frame base unit, showing each of its main components separated and viewed from the front. This is a disassembled perspective view of the main frame base unit, showing each main component separately from the rear.(a) is a front view of the main frame base in the main frame base unit, and (b) is an explanatory diagram showing a perspective view of multiple main frame bases stacked on top of each other.(a) is a perspective view of the ball launching unit in the main frame, seen from the front, and (b) is a perspective view of the ball launching unit in the main frame, seen from the rear.(a) is an exploded perspective view of the ball launching unit as seen from the front, and (b) is an exploded perspective view of the ball launching unit as seen from the rear.(a) is a perspective view of the launch unit cover of the ball launching unit, seen from the left rear, and (b) is an explanatory diagram of the ball launching unit showing only the launch unit cover in cross-section in a front view. This is a front view of the ball launching unit, with the launch/decrement sensor and launch hammer indicated by dashed lines.(a) is a perspective view of the foul unit in the main frame, seen from the front, and (b) is a perspective view of the foul unit in the main frame, seen from the rear.(a) is an exploded perspective view of the foul unit as seen from the front, and (b) is an exploded perspective view of the foul unit as seen from the rear.(a) is an explanatory diagram showing a side cross-section of the foul unit with the foul shutter closed, and (b) is an explanatory diagram showing a side cross-section of the foul unit with the foul shutter open.(a) is a perspective view of the foul unit of the second embodiment as seen from the front, and (b) is a perspective view of the foul unit of the second embodiment as seen from the rear.(a) is an exploded perspective view of the foul unit of the second embodiment, taken from the front, and (b) is an exploded perspective view of the foul unit of the second embodiment, taken from the rear.(a) is an explanatory diagram showing a side cross-section of the foul unit of the second embodiment with the foul shutter closed, and (b) is an explanatory diagram showing a side cross-section of the foul unit of the second embodiment with the foul shutter open.(a) is a perspective view of the circulating sphere path unit in the main frame, seen from the front, and (b) is a perspective view of the circulating sphere path unit in the main frame, seen from the rear. This is a disassembled perspective view of the circulating sphere pathway uni
