Description

This invention relates to a detergent composition for textiles and a method for treating textile products. Traditionally, anionic surfactants such as sulfosuccinate esters have been used as cleaning agents for household and industrial applications. Patent Document 1 discloses a bath quality improver for textile processing, which contains a specific ester component, a specific sulfosuccinate-type anionic surfactant, and a specific amide compound as essential components. Patent Document 2 discloses a dry cleaning detergent composition containing a specific quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant, a specific dialkyl sulfosuccinate ester or its salt, a nonionic surfactant, and a dry cleaning solvent under predetermined conditions. Patent Document 3 discloses a textile finishing agent comprising a sulfosuccinate ester salt type anionic surfactant having a group that reacts with a glycidyl group, and a compound having at least two or more glycidyl groups. Patent Document 4 discloses a surfactant composition useful as a liquid laundry detergent, which contains a predetermined nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactants such as alkyl sulfo fatty acid salts and dialkyl sulfosuccinates in predetermined proportions. Patent Document 5 discloses a treatment agent for elastic fibers that contains a base component such as silicone oil and a dialkyl sulfosuccinate salt such as an organic phosphate ester under predetermined conditions. Patent Document 6 discloses a surfactant composition containing internal olefin sulfonic acid and/or its salt, an anionic surfactant other than internal olefin sulfonic acid and/or its salt, a nonionic surfactant, and water under predetermined conditions. Japanese Patent Publication No. 2011-190554Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 57-053600Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-325935International Publication No. 1998/024865International Publication No. 2015/125753International Publication No. 2018/030328 The present invention has found that a composition containing components (a) and (b) in predetermined proportions has good cleaning properties for textile products and makes it easier to remove textile products from the washing machine after washing (for example, after spinning). Although the mechanism is not clear, it is presumed that the textile detergent composition of the present invention reduces the frictional force between wet fibers during washing while maintaining good cleaning properties by forming a hydrated solid of component (a) on the fiber surface. Here, it is presumed that the formation of the hydrated solid is promoted in the combined system of component (a) and component (b1). On the other hand, generally, the combined use of anionic surfactants and component (b2) tends to suppress the formation of the hydrated solid, but it is presumed that in the combined system of component (a) and component (b2), which are specific anionic surfactants, the formation of the hydrated solid of component (a) is maintained without impairment. As a result, entanglement of textile products is suppressed, and both good cleaning properties and ease of removal of laundry are achieved. The present invention's textile detergent composition and method for treating textile products are expected to reduce friction between wet fibers during washing, thereby reducing washing damage and improving the finish of textile products by reducing wrinkles after washing. <Detergent composition for textiles> The textile cleaning agent composition of the present invention contains a sulfosuccinate ester or a salt thereof having a branched hydrocarbon group with 5 to 18 carbon atoms [hereinafter referred to as component (a)] and a predetermined surfactant [hereinafter referred to as component (b)]. Component (b) is one or more surfactants selected from (b1) anionic surfactants (excluding component (a)) [hereinafter referred to as component (b1)] and (b2) predetermined nonionic surfactants [hereinafter referred to as component (b2)]. Component (b2) is one or more nonionic surfactants selected from aliphatic alcohol alkoxylates and ester alkoxylates. (a) The component is a sulfosuccinate ester or salt thereof having a branched hydrocarbon group with 5 to 18 carbon atoms. Component (a) is preferably a sulfosuccinate diester or a salt thereof having two branched hydrocarbon groups having 5 to 18 carbon atoms [hereinafter referred to as component (a1)]. Component (a) is preferably a sulfosuccinate diester or a salt thereof having two branched hydrocarbon groups having 5 to 18 carbon atoms, with the sum of the carbon atoms of the two hydrocarbon groups being 20 or more.
