Description

This invention relates to a friction-reducing agent for textiles, a cleaning agent composition for textiles, and a method for treating textile products. Conventionally, anionic surfactants such as alkylbenzene sulfonates, alkyl sulfates, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfates, internal olefin sulfonates, and sulfosuccinates have been used as cleaning agents for household and industrial applications. Patent Document 1 discloses an internal olefin sulfonate composition that contains a C16 internal olefin sulfonate and a C18 internal olefin sulfonate in specific ratios, wherein the hydroxyl compound/olefin compound is in a specific ratio, and which has excellent foaming properties. Patent Document 2 discloses a surfactant composition containing internal olefin sulfonic acid and/or its salt, an anionic surfactant other than internal olefin sulfonic acid and/or its salt, a nonionic surfactant, and water under predetermined conditions. Patent Document 3 discloses a surfactant composition useful as a liquid laundry detergent, which contains a predetermined nonionic surfactant and anionic surfactants such as alkyl sulfo fatty acid salts and dialkyl sulfosuccinates in predetermined proportions. Furthermore, in recent years, due to the diversification of consumer values, there has been a demand for detergents that offer superior cleaning power and softer finishes in various aspects, such as improved stain removal and softer fabrics. Various approaches to developing detergents that meet these demands are being explored (Patent Documents 4 and 5). Japanese Patent Publication No. 2015-28123International Publication No. 2018/030328International Publication No. 1998/024865Japanese Patent Publication No. 2005-154505Japanese Patent Publication No. 2020-63435 The present invention has found that by using components (a) and (b) in predetermined proportions, a friction-reducing agent for textiles and a method for reducing inter-fiber friction can be obtained that further reduces the frictional force between fibers in a wet state, making it easier to remove textile products from the washing machine after washing (for example, after spin-drying). Furthermore, the present invention has found that by using components (a) and (b) in predetermined proportions, a detergent composition for textiles and a method for treating textile products can be obtained that achieves both cleanability and finish (flexibility, wrinkle reduction) even under actual usage conditions. Although the mechanism is not clear, it is presumed that the friction-reducing agent for textiles and the detergent composition for textiles of the present invention reduce the frictional force between fibers in a wet state during washing while maintaining good cleanability by forming a hydrated solid of component (b) on the fiber surface. The hydrated solid also contains component (a), and it is believed that the synergistic effect of the combination of component (a), a specific anionic surfactant, and component (b), a specific anionic surfactant different from component (a), improves the formation of the hydrated solid, contributing to the reduction of friction between fibers in a wet state. This is thought to provide a textile friction-reducing agent and method for reducing inter-fiber friction, which suppresses entanglement of textile products and makes them easier to remove from the washing machine after washing (e.g., after spin-drying). Furthermore, it is believed to provide a textile detergent composition and method for treating textile products that achieve both cleanability and finish (flexibility, wrinkle reduction) in real-world usage environments. <Friction-reducing agent for textiles and method for reducing interfiber friction> The friction reducing agent for textiles of the present invention contains (a) an internal olefin sulfonate having 17 to 24 carbon atoms, and (b) a sulfosuccinate ester or salt thereof having a hydrocarbon group having 5 to 18 carbon atoms, wherein the ratio of the content of component (b) to the total content of component (a) and component (b) is 20% by mass or more and less than 100% by mass. The friction-reducing agent for textiles of the present invention is an agent that imparts a friction-reducing effect to textiles, and contains component (a) and component (b) as its active ingredients. Component (a) of this invention is an internal olefin sulfonate with 17 to 24 carbon atoms. In component (a), the number of carbon atoms in the internal olefin sulfonate represents the number of carbon atoms in the internal olefin to which the sulfonate is covalently bonded. From the viewpoint of reducing friction between fibers in a wet state, washability, flexibility, and wrinkle reduction, the number of carbon atoms in the internal olefin sulfonate in component (a) is preferably 18 or more, preferably 22 or less, and more preferably 20 or less. (a) The internal olefin sulfonate of component (a) is a sulfonate obtained by sulfonating, neutralizin
