Description
This invention relates to a blood collection device. Conventionally, blood collection devices have been known that are used to mix collected blood with an anticoagulant in a blood bag during blood collection. These types of blood collection devices include, for example, a rocking mechanism that rocks a tray on which the blood bag is placed. The tray is either fixed to the rocking mechanism or detachable (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 8-294478Japanese Patent Publication No. 2012-217632 This is a perspective view of the external appearance of the blood collection device according to this embodiment. This is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1.This is a plan view of the blood collection device with the top cover and tray removed. This is a schematic plan view of the serving tray.(a) is a cross-sectional view of the tray in Figure 4 along the line B-B, and (b) is a diagram showing the tray in Figure 5(a) when it is attached to the tray mounting section.(a) and (b) are diagrams showing the attachment of the tray to the tray mounting section. This figure shows a first modified example of the mounting plate and the mounting plate mounting part. This figure shows a second modified example of the mounting plate and the mounting plate mounting part. This figure shows a third modified example of the mounting plate and the mounting plate mounting part. The following describes an example of the configuration of the blood collection device according to this embodiment, with reference to the drawings. Note that the shapes and dimensions of the parts shown in the drawings are schematic representations and do not represent the actual shapes and dimensions. Figure 1 is an external perspective view of the blood collection device of this embodiment. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1. Figure 3 is a plan view of the blood collection device with the top cover and tray removed. The blood collection device 1 of this embodiment is used to mix the collected blood with the anticoagulant pre-filled in the blood bag 3 by shaking the blood bag 3 during blood collection. The blood collection device 1 comprises a housing 10, a top lid 20, an operating unit 30, a tray 40, and a shaking mechanism 50. The housing 10 is a box-shaped structure with an open top, and the top of the housing 10 is closed by a top cover 20. The top cover 20 is made of, for example, a transparent resin (such as acrylic resin) and is attached to the housing 10 so as to be openable and closable by a hinge 26 provided on the rear side of the device. On the front side of the device, the top cover 20 is provided with a handle 22. For example, the top cover 20 can be opened by releasing the top cover locking mechanism (not shown) and lifting the handle 22. Furthermore, the suction chamber 2, enclosed by the housing 10 and the top cover 20, houses the tray 40 and the rocking mechanism 50. Inside the housing 10 are a depressurization mechanism (not shown) for reducing the pressure inside the suction chamber 2 enclosed by the housing 10 and the top cover 20, a power supply unit (not shown) for supplying power to each part, and a control unit (not shown) for centrally controlling each part of the blood collection device 1. The above-described decompression mechanism includes a vacuum pump and a valve for adjusting the airflow rate. The control unit drives the decompression mechanism to generate suction pressure (negative pressure) in the suction chamber 2, thereby collecting blood into the blood bag 3. The control unit can control the suction pressure using the vacuum pump and valve of the decompression mechanism. The operation unit 30 is, for example, composed of a liquid crystal touch panel and is located on the front side of the housing 10. The screen display of the operation unit 30 is controlled by the control unit. For example, the user can obtain various information from the text or image information displayed on the screen of the operation unit 30. For example, during blood collection, the screen of the operation unit 30 displays the blood collection volume or remaining blood volume. In addition, the screen of the operation unit 30 displays status information (such as color indication) such as the blood collection speed. Furthermore, the operation unit 30 accepts various operations, such as starting or stopping blood collection, based on the user's touch of the icon image on the operation unit 30. Furthermore, input to the blood collection device 1 is not limited to the above; input devices (e.g., barcode readers, etc.) connected via the connection terminals not shown may also receive input. Also, various outputs from the blood collection device 1 may be provided by known output devices connected via the above-mentioned connection terminals. Figure 4 is a schematic plan view of the mounting plate 40. Figure 5(a) is a cross-sectional view of the mounting plate 40
